This was a great book and I loved how the where enemies and are now lovers. Carissa has lost her job and needs one real fast so she apply’s for a job at her brothers best friend Evan’s company and when they meet again after they have grown up to her he is sexy as sin and a temptation she will try to fight. Evan is the CEo of his own company and a now a single da to a daughter that his gold digging Ex wife didn’t want anything to do with her own child. But when he takes an interview with Carissa his best friends sister he can’t believe how much she has grown up into a gorgeous woman who is very tempting but he already has a enough trouble on his plate as it is but he just knows he is going to have trouble staying away from her with the looks she is giving him. Now that the lines have been crossed they can’t keep there hands to themselves as they navigate there secret relationship while hiding it from everyone..

There were moments that brought tears to my eyes, but each one was worth it for the depth they added to the story.

Despite reaching the end, I found myself yearning for more, reluctant to bid farewell to the characters who had become like old friends. From start to finish, every moment feels authentic and relatable, drawing readers deeper into the heart of the story.

He's in trouble …

A brilliant, slow-build romance with steamy chemistry between the main characters. There's family drama, action, misunderstandings, secrets, romance, a sweet little girl and love. A great read which I couldn't put down.

Carissa is desperate for a job, and somewhere to live. When she goes for a HR specialist interview she didn't expect it to be with her brother's best friend, who she's always had a crush on. Though she gets the job she soon finds herself working closer than expected with him and attraction can't be ignored.

When Evan hires his best friend's sister he can't ignore his feelings for her anymore. He's dealing with a divorce and looking after his little girl but can't talk to Carter about what's going on. When lines are crossed though he has to decide who is most important to him.

When Carissa finds herself without a job she immediately starts searching for a new one. A friend gives her a heads up about a place that is interviewing, and she applies for that position. However, she wasn't expecting to walk in and find her brother's best friend Evan. Sparks fly between them and soon they are crossing a line with each other. Evan is going through a divorce and working through being a single father. His attraction with Carissa is difficult to fight and they both keep giving into each other. Will this turn into something more between them? Or will he push her away because of her brother?

This is a great story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Clarissa finds herself in a hard place not only losing her job but her apartment as well since it was connected with her work. When she receives an advertisement from a friend, she looks into it only to find out that the job is with her brother's best friend. Sparks ignite between Clarissa and Evan when they reconnect. Will their working together and getting closer bring a friendship to an end.

OMG 😳 once you start reading this romance book about Carissa who recently not only lost her job but her apartment and Evan a single dad who went through a difficult divorce and is a CEO of his own company you're going to fall into their characters very quickly. These two characters fight back and forth with each other but when the lines are crossed, and they can’t turn back you are going to lose a lot of sleep over what happens between them. I think this just might be one of my favorite reads by Anna so far. ❤️❤️🔥🔥🧨🧨.

What another great read by Anna Pierson. This is a brother’s best friend (Evan), billionaire CEO, single dad, who knows the hands-off rule of the little sister, who gives the little sister a job.
Clarrisa, down on her luck, applies for a job, not knowing the position is for her brother’s best friend who has tormented her throughout his friendship with her brother. You will enjoy watching the sparks fly. This is a GREAT read!.

It took a lot for her to beg him for a job. She didn't want her family to know she needed help. He is her brothers best friend and very off limits. He is dealing with a lot with his ex wife and just trying to be a good dad. They have a chemistry that they are fighting on a daily basis. They want to keep their distance for her brothers sake. Things change in an instant. I look forward to seeing what the future brings them.

What a wonderful story this was. We are taken into the lives of Evan and Clarissa. When she applies for a job with Evan, it's not long before sparks fly and the chemistry and attraction can no longer hold them back. It was wonderful to read their story, I could barely put my book down. And I read it in one go.

Loved Ethan and Carissa's story!!! It had me laughing, crying, and then sweating from all the heat. Had all the feels a good story has. And the "supporting cast" (Carter and McKenzie) were great too. They added a lot to the story! I can't say enough good things about this story. A definite must read!!.

Trapped with the Grumpy Single Dad is a great read. Carissa and Evan’s story is an enemies to lovers story with heartfelt moments, spice and understanding. I love the undeniable chemistry they have and taught it every chance but also the sweet moments. I really enjoyed their story and loved the connection they have. I can’t wait to read more.

Received this book as a freebie for ARC reading. But I’m a slow reader so I missed the deadline for a full review. Though I loved this book. It held my interest and had good dialogue and story line. I was trying to figure out how it would go and the twists and turns really made me smile. I laughed a little over things and then the steamy interactions great writing.

Great story, good mix of spice and story line. My only concern is the title 'trapped' this isn't in the story. Great characters.
