Everyone has a secret. Something to be held close to the chest and protected from the dangers of the world beyond one's private bubble. Growing up in a care home for most of his life, James knew about secrets. He knew how sometimes they were the only things that one could be sure about in the turbulent life ahead for a child with no parents. James was even fortunate enough to know the secrets of some of his friends. What he doesn’t know, however, is that secrets are being kept from him. But when James finds out something about himself that he didn't think was humanly possible, he begins to realize that what seems to be a gift anyone would die for, is actually a curse many people would kill him for. Then, thrust into a world where he must learn to fight or die, he begins to discover the best-kept secret of all: his past.
