I am a psychologist who specializes in meditation, hypnosis, and neuroscience, I have copauthored 27 books with my husband, C. Alexander Simpkins, PhD. We are devoted to writing and public speaking to enhance the quality of life, to uplift and add skills. I have been involved in psychotherapy for many decades and believe in the potentials within to grow and develop.
