I very rarely give a book 5 stars but this one definitely deserves it!! So much helpful nutritional information. I borrowed this from the library and ordered one for my personal use so I can dog ear the pages and highlight to my hearts content!! I have tried many of the recipes and they are delicious! I've been able to focus on what I need to improve in my life with the help of Daniella Chace...
I'm so happy I bought this book. Written by a nutritionist, each section starts with a list and discussion of the various vitamins and minerals you need to address particular problems or situations (weight loss, stress reduction, detoxification, etc.). Then each smoothie in that section details what the ingredients will do for you, and there's also a complete nutritional breakdown for each.
The only reason I didn't give this book five stars is that I only bought it yesterday and haven't actually made any of the smoothies, so I'm basing my review strictly on content, not on taste.
