‘After everything how could he do it how could he tell me he loved me then leave’ for Summer Donovan this is one of the many questions that keeps running through her mind over and over like a hamster on a wheel.
However Zane is more than just her soulmate her one true love he’s also an immortal and the immortals are determined to start a war to take control of the world.
So she packs her belongings to go to the place in the mountains where the immortals reside not just to be with Zane but to also find out as much as she can about the impending war so that Summer and her friends can stop it well that’s if the immortals accept her into there compound as Zane’s soulmate and if Loki hasn’t already spilled the beans about her being the daughter of Hades.
Summer is putting a lot of faith in her love for Zane and the acceptance of his people she just hope they can forgive her for using this situation to stop the impending war and to the save the love of her life and her friends.. Summers hoping all this can be done without her secret parentage being found out because if her father finds out about her existence she’ll be taken to the underworld. However even the best thought out plans don’t always go the way we think.

This is the third book in the Elementals Academy series and it doesn't disappoint. We pick up where we left off in the last book and Summer heads back to Immortal Mountain to rejoin her soul-mate Zane. Will he stay true to her? Will she be found out and sent to the Underworld? Can she possibly stop the impending war? So much action with all the seemingly insurmountable tasks that pile up on Summer's journey as she tries to save the world. And still we get left on the edge of our seats as to what will happen next! Can't wait for the next book. In the meantime, if you get the chance, request the bonus material!! Ooh la la!

Summer has her hands full in this one.
She follows Zane to his home where he told her she'd be welcomed because she was his soulmate.
The King kept her locked in a cell with hardly any food then had her sent to the under world to her Hades.
Hades kept her locked in her rooms until she ate and agreed to stay, !earn about e everything and become Princess.
She gets help from her biological mom and returns to Zane and the Academy, only to find out she must return to Hades and ask a favor of him hoping she lives through her mission and hope Hades doesn't hold her captive again.

Summer and Zane are soulmates. He spied on the academy and now she has gone to his village to be with Zane, but also to spy on the Immortals for the Greeks. Summer finds that Zane is way more important in his world than she imagined and they had to prove to his uncle that they were soulmates. Although it seemed that she had been accepted, she was kidnapped in the middle of the night. She ended up in the last place she ever wanted to be - with no possible escape.

I love this series with Summer and Zane as they continue on with their relationship. Summer goes to Zane and is kidnapped to Underworld. Zane goes to try to help her as she is released by her mother. Together they go back to the academy to figure out what the next move is and then more excitement with another cliffhanger! Can't wait for final book!

I voluntarily review an ARC.
This is the third book of the Elementals Academy series, the books should be read in order.
If you love magic, soulmate stuff and academy series this one is for you.
I love the very different characters, the unexpected turns, the endless possibilities what else is going to be difficult in almost hopeless situations and of course the interesting magical abilities. I devour these books and enjoy the strong friendships and romance parts.

Summer may not have know about magic or her heritage very long but that will not stop her from pushing past ever obstacle. She will do all that she can to protect and keep safe the ones she loves. Zane learns there is more to his King's plan then he realized and it doesn't look like its for the best of his people. The adventure just keeps going for these two.

Zane and Summer are such a fun duo. I really enjoyed them as a couple and also through their own adventures. One of my favorite things about this book is the world building. The action is there and highly packed. In fact, despite this book intending to be the conclusion, the author did a great job expanding the world. The Easter eggs from previous characters in the series and other academies.

The character growth is awesome. Zane and Summer are no longer shy teenagers, but instead confident people. I like that they grow from their experiences. Also, they have a great friendship. There is friction, but they care.

The secondary characters are fun. I enjoyed seeing the cast expand and learn more about others. This book contains tons of twists and fun.

In summary, I highly recommend this book go check it out.

Easy Reading

I can not get through with the book I am reading fast enough. This series is well-written. Each character is developed deeply. And while there is so much good to say about these three books, I am in a hurry to get to Book 4, so will leave you with this!
BTW I am reading all of these in between playing in the ocean with 5 of my grandbabies, whale watching and enjoying my 3 daughters and their husbands gorging on fresh fish and gelato. And THAT is how good this dries is!

Interesting twist

We have both Greek and Norse mythology in this story with Loki up to his old tricks. Summer and her friends need to stop Ragnorak from happening again, but to do that they have to defeat the king of the Immortals. Can Summer convince her dad, Hades, to help her get the Sword of Flames? What is Loki upto when no one is watching? I cannot wait for the next book!

Good, quick read

This book gives a deeper look into the relationship and connection between Summer and Zane we haven't seen before. Lots of important events occur in book 3 and I'm ready for the finale. As usual this was a quick read. I do feel that maybe events and relationships could be embellished a little more.

Damnit a lot happened in this book. Zane and summer will be my number one couple for a long time. I liked the bonus scene, that was completly different then normal. The worldbuilding was perfect and then... yggdrasil. I loved that so much. Its my favorite thing in the norse mythology. I find it hard to believe that it can get much better. The last book can not come soon enough..

so good

This book is leading up to something huge! The love between Summer and Zane is growing. Trust is stretched and strengthened. A journey through unknown lands is going to happen. Summer means more about herself starts to act like it. I can’t wait for the next book

Interesting and Full of Suspense

Sure to keep you reading and not wanting to do anything else. The romantic episodes actually enhance the book instead of being too much that it detracts from the plot. I cannot wait to see what comes next!

what a continuation

This one picked up perfectly from the last. But what a way to end it. I’m so glad Summer and Zane are on the right track. Hopefully nothing goes wrong in the next book.

Fantastic story. Built on the previous books so well.
Characters were consistent and complex.
Particularly enjoyed the insight in to Zane’s world.
Yet again very obvious, the level of research done for these books, very well done!

Witches/Enemy to Lovers/Slow Burn

SYNOPSIS (of 4 Book Series): FC discovers that she is a witch and is whisked off to the Elemental Academy which is an academy for witches with magic over one of the elements. There she meets the MC and the initial interactions are not friendly before morphing into them being soulmates. The FC is torn however as the MC is not what he seems and there is a bigger plan in motion in respect of which the MC’s views and intentions are not good. The FC is pulled into supporting the MC as she is his soulmate but she does not agree with his plans. The story then evolves into a a bigger storyline involving the Greek and Norse Gods and potential war which the FC and her friends are trying to stop. After a lot of drama and quests that the FC has to complete to achieve her end goal there is a HEA.

Book 1 starts out with the usual FC who does not know she is a witch and then discovers she is much more than just a normal witch. There’s the obligatory BF who she meets on day 1 at the academy but, apart from a short lived storyline, no bitchy girls. Despite the trite beginning I liked the FC initially but found it hard to like the MC. It was hard to get behind his intentions and the actions he was supporting. For me that never went away as even though the MC changed his position he never seemed to see anything wrong with what he had originally intended just the potential unexpected results. I also began to dislike the FC as the story progressed as her intentions and actions towards the MC (although not followed through) became grey for a while.

The story began to drag for me around the end of Book 2 when the storyline seems to become just a series of quests that the FC has to complete in order to stop the potential war brewing. These quests were relatively formulaic and I did not really feel the drama. They were also all mainly focussed on the FC as apparently no one else could do anything except play supporting roles - including the MC who really does absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of the story. The part where she is ***SPOILER ALERT**** trapped in the underworld and goes on a hunger strike was ridiculous. Yes she’s a Goddess and immortal but she starves herself for at least a month and then, after a single meal, is back to normal and, apparently, has lost no weight or muscle?

The FC/MC don’t really connect until Book 3 and there are no real sex scenes just a “fade to black” approach when they apparently have sex. I found it a bit odd the way the author dealt with this as she did not even acknowledge the fact that the first time they have sex it was the FC’s first time. It was dealt with by simply saying that the MC/FC “finished what they had started”.

Whilst well written and edited the story just dragged for me and I could not engage with the characters.

I was excited when I received my ARC of this book because the ending of the last book was quite the cliffhanger, so I was excited to find out wish was going to happen next! I also normally have to re-read the last few chapters of the last book before starting a new book in this series to remind me of what happened, but I was able to jump straight into this book! After reading, I can say that the author continued on the characters story brilliantly! The plot only took me a few sittings to read and I didn’t want to put it down until I had finished reading! There was also more romance in this book and it developed really nicely and I loved the added bonus scene! It was seriously steamy! There was some action and suspense to keep the plot moving on as well and added a lot to it! The characters were also amazing and made this book even better! Summer was the main female character, and in this book I actually felt for her because she tried her best and she worked hard! I admired Summer as well because she put herself in danger to get answers and she then found herself discovering more secrets! Zane was again the love interest of Summer! I felt like I got to know more about Zane’s background in this book and about his power and family and where he came from! It told me a lot about the kind of guy he was! Zane was also open with Summer about how he felt about her and it was easy to see how much she meant to him! Zane also helped Summer a lot and supported her! This book was written from only Summer’s point of view! I wasn’t sure how many point of views were going to be included as some books in the series have been written from more than one point of view! I was surprised that it was written fully through Summer’s eyes as some chapters could have been written from other characters point of views as Summer spent time apart from the other people around her! It did make sense that this book was only written from Summer's point of view and a lot still happened in the plot! I now can’t wait to read the next book in this series! I know that this book was supposed to be the final book, but I’m really happy that there’s going to be one more book to finish off the series! It says it releases in March 2023, which is a bit of a wait, but I’m sure the author will release it before then! I’ll definitely be looking forward to reading it! The cover for this book is also stunning! I love how well it matches the other covers in the series and that it has the same cover model on it! The symbols also match the symbols in the book perfectly too! Big thank you to Michelle for an ARC of The Queen of Magic!

Similar to how the second book ends before Summer embarks on her spying mission in the Immortals' village, the third book also leaves us in suspense regarding her journey to the fire world. In the next book, she will find herself back in the underworld, seeking Hades's assistance in obtaining the flaming sword from the fire realm.

Ever since the lifting of her power-blocking, her life has never been more exhilarating. Now, Summer barely has a moment to breathe comfortably before yet another challenge emerges, demanding her involvement in preventing Ragnarok from occurring.

This book undoubtedly meets expectations, as all the books in the series thus far showcase impressive world-building and plenty of exciting adventures!

I particularly enjoyed reading about Summer and Zane's adventure in Yggdrasil. That captivating realm fascinated me, so much so that I felt cheated when they returned to Abigail without requiring an escort from the Stags! There was also a part I dreaded reading about—the price of information from Mimir. I feared it might involve their soulmate bond. Can you imagine if that were to happen?

As Summer often reminds herself, when she feels overwhelmed, it's necessary to take one step at a time, and we, the readers, must do the same. While we're eager to read the next instalment right away, let’s take a moment to leave a review for this book before diving into the final book of the series! I’ve done my part, have you?

With so many twists and turns this third book is amazing. It grabs you from the beginning as a continuation of book two's cliffhanger and you just can't put it down. Summer goes back to Immortal Mountain to be with Zack, her soul mate, but will he stay with her? Can her secrets be kept or will she get into deep trouble? With so many threads interwoven, the book is a page turner you just can't put down. And when you get hit with the surprise ending, you will definitely want more! You will have some edge of your seat moments as well as a laugh here and there! I received and ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

After Zane’s abrupt departure, Summer goes back to the academy with a plan to re-unite with Zane as well as try to stop or at least slow the oncoming war. But things don’t go according to plan and Summer’s first surprise is there’s a lot Zane didn’t tell her. After the pair work through those issues, Summer is kidnapped to the Underworld.

Hades is pleased with Summer’s presence but not her stubbornness and is less sympathetic to a Greek versus Norse war than Summer would like. After a conversation with the Oracle, Summer comes up with another plan that definitely won’t be easy to pull off as things at the academy are not what they should be.

The series setup seems to be similar Romeo and Juliet. Two people in love, but if they are killed, the rest of the world dies. A real character-based story with lots of action thrown in. Stir in lots of magic and (some) characters you are rooting for, and end up with a story that is very difficult to put down. If you have read the previous books in this series and enjoyed them, choosing to read this book is a no-brainer. I can’t wait for the conclusion. Michelle keeps her loyal readers happy with continuing stories that make us gasp, smile, and be involved in the story.

Book three and it is every bit as awesome as the previous two! We jump right on in where we left off and we get to see more Greek and Norse Mythology as Summer heads back to Immortal Mountain. Fast paced and filled with tons of twists and turns this doesn’t seem to stop and I found myself clinging to the edge of my seat with anticipation. It’s a fantastic continuation of this amazing series and the characters development is awesome to see and the world building continues to draw you in and captivate you and you don’t want to leave especially after the surprise at the end!

Elementals Academy 3: The Queen of Magic ❤️

Elementals Academy 3: The Queen of Magic 🪄 ❤️❤️❤️  I can’t put these books down. Can’t wait to start book 4. Michelle Madow transports you to her world of magic and wonderful characters I'm so glad that Summer has finally embraced fully her soulmate and all the benefits that come along with having a soulmate ... they belonged together and denying it for so long was just plain hypocritical! Lets just hope that Summer can stay out of her head and stop overthinking things so much.  Definitely recommend this book 📚!!!

A well written, intriguing, transition novel. This portion of the series takes the main character from the meek, shy, unknown that we met at the beginning of the series and shows us that she had become an empowered and strong standout. There isn't as much excitement as in the previous tomes, but the series wouldn't be able to progress any further without the character arc shown here. Looking forward to more.

This modern story featuring demi-gods and gods from the Greek and Norse pantheons has been really interesting.

This particular book has a lot of drama featuring both Zane and Summer's familys and is very emotionally charged in places.

It was a really quick read with all the magic and action and I really don't know where this series is going to end up at all which I always think is the sign of an interesting story.

I didn’t much like this one, I think it could’ve been part of another book It felt kind of unfinished? I’m still reading the last one, I came this far and it was relatively short so it wasn’t much trouble.
It’s basically summer going to “spy” on the immortals, then taken to the underworld to meet hades and being stuck in her room for almost a month, then taken out by Persephone and Hecate to fine Zane and then go to mimir to ask him a question .

Another great book in this series.

This book was just as good as the first 2. The details make you feel like you are in the story living it. Summer is a great lead character. She has developed & is very relatable.
The other characters are interesting as well.
The story is one i can't get enough of. I had to keep reading to know what happened. This is a great mix of action, adventure, live, war, & magic. I recommend this book.
