This is a really useful book if you are starting to put together your social and digital media marketing strategy. If you think you already understand social, this helps you move to the next level. If you are just starting out on a marketing plan, read this first!

Dated but still good book the basics of Social Media. The core concepts really do not change much.

This book like the many others on social media tend to focus on marketing and how it can be used. It would be nice to see a book written about how you could use it in any part of your organisation - I expected more from a book in the brilliant series.
