I’ve always believed that when you don’t have a mentor to give godly advice and wisdom, nonfiction books can be a helpful guide, and this book really feels like that. We often hear that David was a man after God’s own heart, someone to look up to. And what better goal is there than to become a woman after God’s own heart?
Throughout the Bible, we read about people walking with God and following His will. This book brings those ideas to life in a simple, practical way. It shares helpful guidance on things like prayer, parenting, attitude, and relationships. There are Bible verses, personal stories, and thoughtful advice that make it easy to understand. Even more importantly, it shows how to apply these truths to everyday life while growing closer to God.
This is truly a wonderful resource. I can see myself coming back to it again and again over the years.
This is the legacy edition of her well loved original book, and it would make a beautiful keepsake or a thoughtful gift for the women in your life.
