While this cookbook was not very vegetarian friendly I did find a few recipes I liked. I appreciated that each recipe indicated what size crock pot to use, though most were for five quart slow cookers, I found this to be really helpful. I also appreciated that there are a few really creative recipes in this cookbook especially the mango chili which i look forward to making sometime soon.
