What is going on?

The writing started off really good and it seemed like it would be more of a story than an erotic short. After getting into it I was so very confused as the writing got sloppy and the proofing became non existent. At one point the were back to front then all of a sudden they were chest to chest and the next breath he was turned around again but there was never any indication of turning. Not too bad I got past it, I felt maybe it was implied they were constantly turning around, whatever. But how can you go from outside to racing indoors and barely making it out of your clothes to facing the fence you just left?! This book just left me confused and I stopped reading.

This was not a good read I knew it was not gonna be the best book I’ve ever read but the story was super contradicting, first Tim and Wes are friends then no they’ve never meant each other before meeting on the ranch, then Tim never had feeling for men but how does with Wes but no Tim has always had feelings for men but only acted on it with Tim.

In the begging when doing it for the first time it felt like dialogue was missing causing a disconnect.

Speaking of dialogue it was again choppy, Wes was this sweet and gentle man helping Tim with his newfound sexuality and then after they did it Wes gets aggressive when having sex, which is not an issue but it does not match the character of Wes we were previously given.

Also the nickname being the f slur, what… weird and completely random especially when Tim is struggling with his sexuality. And then Tim calling Wes sir how would he know to do that. A dialogue should have been put in where Wes demanded Tim call him that when they are having sex. Then the nickname became Smitty, where does that come from, then baby which is cute but also random, and then to cowboy.

The setting also didn’t match they were facing each other then they weren’t they were outside then they weren’t and no wait actually they were. There were people also with them in the home yet we never saw them. And the main thing why was Wes there if he already had a ranch in California.

Started well… then the writing just became too fetishized instead of erotic
