Four years ago, Savannah’s lust for her bodyguard was left unrequited. Jack chose his career, all the while, longing for his protectee in a way she never knew. After all this time, he hasn’t stopped thinking about her. Now, forced back together, will just two weeks change everything?
Savannah
Sometimes it feels like being the governor’s daughter comes with a “good girl” badge. I’ve done everything right, and yet I’m still a virgin. But when I travel to Florida for my father’s annual work trip, I figure it’s time to try something new. Enter my father’s bodyguard, Jack Keaton. He’s nine years older and plenty experienced. I’ve got two weeks to be the reckless girl. Just two weeks, Sav.

My love life is nonexistent, but I have a job to do. Protect the governor of Michigan and his daughter. But when Savannah suggests we spend the next two weeks together, I can’t help but agree. The only problem? I haven’t stopped thinking about her for four years, so how am I going to let her go after two weeks?
Just Two Weeks is an 18+ spicy age gap contemporary romance.
This story was honestly really good for being a debut in the contemporary romance genre. I don't usually find myself in this genre alot so take that for what it is.
For me it was a really easy read and was a pallette cleanser for what I normally read which is nice. The only thing that threw me off was the age gap but the story made it make sense. And I was happy to see the romance occur later and not before.
A perfect blend of everything you would expect and even a twist you wouldnt.
I picked this book up on a whim, with no expectations—and it completely caught me off guard in the best way. From the very first pages, I was hooked. The story unfolds so naturally, blending heartbreak and tenderness in a way that feels raw but comforting at the same time.
There’s so much love woven into these pages—not just the loud, sweeping kind, but the quiet, steady kind that sneaks up on you. Everything comes together with an ease that feels honest and earned, making the emotional moments hit even harder. This was one of those reads that reminds you why you love reading in the first place. A beautiful surprise I won’t be forgetting anytime soon. 📖✨
How cute was that?! Bodyguard x protectee. Ohmigosh, this book was a 2000 girlie's dream come true. It was every Sunday afternoon movie ever, watched with a huge ice cream bowl in cosy pants wrapped up in your favourite blanket. (Yes, in summer, but semantics) Anyways, absolutely wholesome, devour worthy all the way, especially when you're looking for a quick and light read with a pinch of drama.
I love this book. It was an arc giving to me by this author. I love the storyline, romance, and the characters. It was a good way to finish end of summer read.
