The greatest erotic talisman is lost Phallus of Osiris. A sex vampire called The Master wants it and will not rest at nothing until it is in his possession. The only one woman can help him achieve his goal: a white witch named Mara. She is the only one who can resist The Master but will she be able to forever?

When I first started reading this book I thought it was going to be a fascinating read. The premise author Valentina Cilescu created about a sex vampire seemed like an interesting concept especially when you pit him up against a white witch. By the time I was half way through The Phallus of Osiris I had to take a break. Whether it was the Master feeding or Mara selling her body for information, every couple of pages, someone was having sex. There was plenty of M/F as well as M/M, F/F, M/M/F, F/F/F and orgies galore all described in great detail. It was very over-whelming to the point of distraction.

If you can get past the constant sex, The Phallus of Osiris is actually a good read. The Master has risen and he’s he wants the erotic talisman for his own evil purposes. Mara is trying to kill the Master to recover her lost love. All the characters were exceptionally written. I found the Master perfectly evil. The twist and turns definitely make this a wild roller coaster ride all climaxing and an interesting ending. I would have given The Phallus of Osiris 4 stars but I felt all the sex was just too much for me so I’m giving it a 3.

I was provided a copy of the book purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review – all conclusions are my own responsibility.
