I always liked it when both Mr. Men and Little Miss would meet up in books, it was like an epic crossover before Marvel made then cool.

The geography is always a little iffy but a return to nonsenseland sees this title also work as a sequel to Mr. Silly.
That's because our titular character is inspired by him winning the nonsense cup and decides to come up with the most dotties idea to win the crown the following idea.

It's a fun little tale that sees Little Miss Dotty take all year to decide upon an idea that could potentially claim the prize.

always love reading about nonsenseland - the plot felt a bit like a trip to nowhere but the illustrations were lovely

Over and over and over again.... I read these stories to my first daughter and then to my second daughter.

They loved them... they laughed... i love my daughters... i laughed with them....that was more than enough for me.

This book was about little miss dotty who lives in nonsense land and she won the nonsense cup by thinking of the dottiest idea of the year. And her idea was to have 999 little dots on her house and she painted them and counted carefully

This story has a counting activity for the reader (possibly with adult help) at the end. I have a soft spot for books that engage with the reader after the story is done ... Soft dot for, I should say!

A cute little book that the kids enjoyed, but no moral to the story.

Little Miss books are so much fun, and this is no exception, dotty character, dotty plot, dotty illustrations, dotty all over, and we are dotty for little miss books!

Great concept of dottiness but painting 999 dots on your house doesn’t seem dotty enough to warrant the annual Nonsense Cup. If I was the judge I would have given it to Mr Nonsense’s screen-less TV.
