Really, really enjoyed this book. I purchased this alongside The Crystal Oversoul Attunements card deck and book, and was thrilled to discover that it contained detailed instructions for the 10 attunements.
The visualizations for the attunements are really helpful, and I loved the section on making elixirs to accompany the attunements.
My friends and I enjoyed a great Sunday afternoon completing the first attunement and are looking forward to working our way through the remaining 9 in the first set of Oversouls.
The piece at the end where the author recalls his memories of Lemuria was magical to read, and I would be very interested to read an autobiographical work should Michael choose to publish one.
This book was well-written and the concepts and instructions within are clearly explained and easy to follow.
I know this is going to be a much-loved book that will be shared with many, and spend a lot of time off the shelf.
