First Spanish book. Yaay! It's not going to be last one for sure.

Short detective novel, good for learning Spanish. I really enjoyed the story and even it was short it was interesting. Also liked the "Explication Notes" learned something for Spain and its places and buildings.

He encontrado este libro muy divertido de leer.
La protagonista, Lola, es muy graciosa y muy entrañable, y me ha gustado mucho seguir la historia a través de ella. Su lado romántico, valiente, un poco inconsciente pero también inteligente me ha hecho apreciarla mucho y sentir una conexión con ella.

Me ha gustado muchísimo el final.
¡ Lola es una verdadera ícona del feminismo y del amor, jajaja ! Decide no decir toda la verdad a la policía al final de su investigación para proteger a una mujer—que es igual de culpable que su marido—y asegurarse de que los polis no la atrapen, porque “Las mujeres hacemos muchas tonterías por los hombres.”
¡ Y tiene toda la razón !

También me ha encantado que el libro da muchas explicaciones sobre referencias, lugares, cultura española y también sobre algunas palabras. Está muy bien pensado para los que estamos aprendiendo español (como yo :D).

Mis únicos puntos negativos son que el final me parece un poco abrupto, y creo que han introducido demasiados personajes que al final no sirven para nada.

I had to read this for my Spanish Introduction Class and this was nothing exciting. A simple detective story probably made for young children since I find nothing stimulative in there. Learnt nothing.
