Girl's night out at the hottest new club in town. What could possibly go wrong?

One wild kiss with a hot stranger caught on camera. That's what.

Turns out he's a billionaire with a morality clause and our harmless make-out session has the potential to ruin his latest business deal.

Unless we pretend to be a couple in love.

After all, who doesn't love a good romance, right?

Me, that's who! Or so I thought.

Because the more time I spend with him, the more I find myself wishing this was real.

Love Worth Having is a standalone story in the Love's Worth contemporary romance series. It is Evan and Christina's complete story with a guaranteed HEA , no cheating and no cliffhanger. If you like characters you can root for, who are facing romantic, sexy circumstances, then you'll love Kay Knoll's brand new romance.

It was just a nice, warm, fuzzy romance that hit just the right spot.

The writing was good, but not spectacular, the storyline enjoyable, but not out of this world. But I love me a billionaire romance, especially a fake dating one, and this one really hit the spot.

Also, I like that Knolls brought up Christina’s virginity but didn’t make a big deal about it. She was one, Evan knew, but he didn’t approach sex with her any differently than if she’d had 100 partners and I liked that. She was an adult woman who also happened to never of had sex cuz she just didn’t want to until then.

I also liked their miscommunication fight. I know most people hate that trope because “omg just have a conversation like grownups” but honestly, a lot of adults don’t communicate with each other. I feel like miscommunication tropes are actually ridiculously realistic.

Overall just an enjoyable stand alone romance.

A well written fake romance story that held my interest throughout. Billionaire football player, Evan Kennedy and girl-next-door, Christina Hart's story of drama, a nasty father, misunderstandings, and romance. This is a new Author to me. The story was well worth reading. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

“You’re a good guy, Evan Kennedy. I’m still trying to figure out why you’re single.”
“’Cause I hadn’t met you yet.”

super cute and quick read, Evan and Christina make out in a club and get photographed which is seemingly harmless but both have jobs that have certain morality standards and it would be frowned upon. Evan’s publicist’s solution is for the two of them to fake date and be seen out together as boyfriend/girlfriend.

Lucky for them, both were instantly attracted to each other so they didn’t need to fake a connection and fake dating very quickly became real feelings.

but both Evan and Christina have had things happen in the past that cause them not to trust easily.. when push comes to shove, will they let those insecurities break them apart? or will it help them come together?

-nurse x billionaire NFL player
-fake dating
-virgin FMC
-slow burn

Billionaire ✔️
Athlete ✔️
Fake dating ✔️
These are a few of my favorite things.

Unfortunately, then we get to the editing- ‘past’ used instead of ‘pass’ and going from first, to third, and back to first person all in one sentence really threw me off.

This was a cute, quick read, but better editing/one more proofread could have bumped it up to 4 stars.

Love the Audio. . The narrators nailed it.
Hero is a football star ( family itself is very rich ) Heroine works at the hospital. Story is set in Houston .
They meet by chance , at a bar. The attraction is instant. But they both have hang ups about the opposite $ex . Sure enough something happened. It tore them apart.
Do they resolve the issue actually 2 issues.

If you’re looking for a cute/sweet romance, this is s good read. The story kept me entertained.
Personally, I read this because it was advertised as being “spicy.” I would not consider this spicy. There is lots of kissing, and one “intimate” scene that was like a paragraph long (and went into no detail).

Love

Feelings are complicated, even more so when insecurity and fear rear their ugly heads in a relationship. Can mos understanding and lack of communication be over come to find a love worth having?

Good read

This was a good read. It definitely had its moments. Could’ve toned clean Nadia’s attitude just a tad bit. I’m glad Christina and Evan were able to overcome the mountain of obstacles in their way to finding their HEA.

I would classify it as a romantic comedy. It is cute and sweet. One recommendation I would give is to change the book cover. But overall a great book.

Slow burn just sort of fine romance. His whole character was just money and saying she was beautiful though.

Cute, lightly spicy romance with a cheesy type ending. I kept making them older than their 24 years, I was putting them into their 30's.

DNFed

Had to DNF this around 40% I couldn’t take the writing style. Feels very juvenile, made me wanna scream at the writing

A little cheesy but overall ok. The 3rd act breakup was short and unnecessary. I feel like he didn’t grovel enough and got out of if because he said I love you.

I appreciate a good romance story, and this delivered. There might have been a few places that made me roll my eyes a little, but i didn't take away from the story.

Not the worst book I've ever read, but certainly nowhere near the best. The dialogue felt very choppy and unnatural, Christina's reactions to things felt very over the top, and the whole romance happened way too fast for it to feel like love rather than a fling. The reading experience was greatly improved when I realized that the way Christina talked reminded me of clips I've seen of Balla from Twilight and the way Evan talked reminded me of Jake Wyler from Not Another Teen Movie. That made reading the rest of the book very funny!

It was okay

There were some jarring and very annoying statements made in this book that I personally didn't like.

1.) He called her baby at a very strange point in their history together.
2.) The moment he laid out a sentence to describe what happened 4 years ago was a a bombshell just because of how he said it.

Other than that, it was an okay story to read one time.
