Thank you to the author for accepting me for an ARC copy. I liked the storyline very well, the book was written great. The Female character was phenomenal throughout the book even when being kidnapped/stuff happened. Mei and Ace are endgame. Loved it! 10/10.

I've never read a book that had the lead character endure so much tragedy in her young life - what Mei went through - such great writing, I loved this book.
Through no fault of her own, she is targeted by a madman - when he kills someone close to her, she goes on the run - the police are useless - but she keeps running, every time 'Jonathan' comes close.
When she ends up in Melbourne, she meets a lively young woman, and they become fast friends; but Mei is always ready to run, she doesn't want anything to happen to her new friend Frenchie. She is introduced to Frenchie's friends, who happen to belong to an MC.
Mei meets Ace - and sparks fly. Mei tries to keep her distance, she is powerless against Ace - he, in turn, has never met anyone like her - their chemistry is thick. He knows she is running from something or someone, but she doesn't give up said information.
Jonathan finds her, and her new friends, he is hellbent on getting her back - some of the members of the MC, who are now loving Mei, suffer his wrath - but they are onto him now, it's only a matter of time.
The ending was so satisfying - when Mei finally opens up to Ace, and he finally admits his feelings - Frenchie's friendship, the whole books, well, it was really enjoyable.
What an imagination this author has - geez!!!

Had high hopes but not for me.
I got 10 chapters in and deleted this trash from my kindle, you can’t say I didn’t try and get through it.
I got it free that’s the why it’s 1star. There is no plot and smut is mediocre. Nothing original here. If thats what u want to read then go ahead and read it I had big hopes for this because the reviews are great but I think they were paid to leave that because there is no way anyone would read this and openly tell people they liked it.

This was my first Eve Devearoux book and it was a WILD ride straight from the beginning. It was extremely fast-paced, filled with lots of actions, spice and character growth.
I love a good MC troupe, and this book did it for me! Mei is on the run from a dangerous man who stops at nothing to find her. She runs into Ace (a leader of an MC club), and he helps to keep her safe from the hauntings of her past. But can everyone make it out safe and sound when a dangerous man is lurking in the shadows?
Ace was an incredible MMC, taking care of Mei and wanting to protect her from everything and everyone. The spice was a 5/5! I absolutely devoured this book!

The spice in this book is unmatched 🥵
In this book we follow Mei who is running from an extremely traumatic past when she meets Gorgeous Tall MC president Ace and everything changes. I absolutely devoured this book and I’m still thinking about it days later! It’s hot, it’s emotional, it’s amazing! The character development in this book is beautiful and it’s written so well you will even fall in love with the side characters. This was the first book I read by Eve and I will now be reading anything and everything she puts out!!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Just when you think you know where it's going, you don't. I loved all the characters & multiple points of view. It was so cool and unique to see through the bad guys eyes.
I can't wait to read the rest of the series & more written by this author.

BOOK REVIEW – Erotomaniac by Eve Devearoux

Alright, listen up, my depraved little book goblins—Erotomaniac is not just a book. It is a full-body experience. I went in thinking I was getting an MC erotic romance with a sprinkle of spice and a dash of drama… what I GOT was trauma, terror, and toe-curling tension wrapped in a leather-clad fever dream that I could not stop reading if you paid me in cake and silence…. Holy F..
Let’s talk Mei—my sweet, tragic, badass little fighter. This woman has been through the wringer, the dryer, and then thrown back in again. Every time I thought she could maybe breathe, this unhinged stalker was like: No peace. Only chaos. Her resilience?? Iconic.
And then there’s Ace. LORD. ABOVE. If sexual tension were a sport, these two would be Olympic-level. It’s growls, it’s gritted teeth, it’s “I hate how much I want you” energy that left me fanning myself with whatever wasn’t bolted to the floor. Ace is obsessed in the best possible way, and Mei is like “I can’t” and Ace is like “Too bad, I’m here now.” Their connection was feral, tender, and explosively intense—I wanted to scream into a pillow and then immediately reread their scenes again.
BUT THIS ISN’T JUST SPICE. No, no, Eve Devearoux said let’s give them depth, danger, and actual plot—and nailed it. The thriller side of this book had me checking my locks and side-eyeing shadows like I was in witness protection. And the trauma elements? Handled with care, with respect, and in a way that genuinely moved the story forward. These triggers matter—they’re not props, they’re part of the reason Mei’s story hits so damn hard.
So what I’m saying is thank you Eve for this Arc I am.. honoured to be a ARc Reader for you.. and will gladly do it again!

Wow, I was not expecting this. Check your triggers first as there are a few and your mental health is important.
This was well written with twist and turns you don’t see coming. There is a lot to process in this book, but I also found myself not able to put it down easily.

This was definitely a wild ride of a read!
Mei, our FMC, has been through so much heartbreak, trauma, and tragedy in her young life, it was honestly gut-wrenching to see everything she’s endured. But I also loved seeing her strength and how she fought to overcome it all.
Then there’s Ace… the man would quite literally kill for Mei without hesitation. His protective, possessive energy was next level, and he made it very clear he’d burn the world down to keep her safe.
But… let’s talk about the spice. The smut was smutting HARD in this book — maybe a little too hard at times. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good steamy scene as much as the next person, but given the heaviness of Mei’s story (and the fact she was kidnapped twice), it felt a little unrealistic to jump straight into sex without her really processing everything she’d been through. The balance between healing and heat was definitely off at times for me.
That being said, there were some intense, edge-of-your-seat moments that had me hooked, and I’m definitely keen to see where things go in book 2!

This book hit the ground running and takes you on a ride. The story is fast-paced and heavy on the spice. I did not want to put it down. The FMC, Mei, is easy to relate to which I feel helps keep you engaged in the story. The characters are well rounded and the story is exciting though it can get chaotic at times.
This is the first book from Eve Devearoux that I have read and I can't wait for my next read from her. Her prose is clear and detailed without slowing down the reader's pace. I would definitely recommend her to dark romance and erotica readers.
There are lots of dark and erotic situations in Erotomaniac that will satisfy even the most voracious reader. I would absolutely recommend this book.

Eve Devearoux is becoming one of my favorite authors. Her books often come with a lot of trigger warning, please read them and proceed with caution.
Mei has been running from her stalker for 8 long years. He has killed people, hurt her and tortured her, but she has always escaped, so far.
Ace is the leader of a Motorcycle club. When he meet Mei, he knows she is hiding something, but what he isn't sure.
the plot keeps the reader wanting to learn more, as you read about Mei's past and how she has survived. the lust and love that develop between Ace and Mei will have you wanting the HEA.
There are many twists and turns, that build to a tense situation for all the characters, who will survive...you will need to read to find out.

This story has alot of triggers. Some touched on and some more in depth, be sure to check them and proceed with caution.
The characters are well defined, the bad guy is awful, the MC a hero and the FMC is strong and funny despite the wringer shes put through, you'll be rooting for her to catch a break.
Throughout reading this there are different bits that were weaved into the story from the FMCs culture. I quite enjoyed those touches.
In terms of spice, I would dare say the spice in this one is drop of a hat. I do prefer abit more of a balance with storyline myself but those who are after all the spice with some story, this one will tick your box.

This book follows Mei the main female character that has gone through very traumatic events. She has not been able to heal completely because her attacker is still free and lurking in the shadows. She feels that she must keep everyone at a distance because at any moment she may have to run and leave everything and everyone behind. Then she connects with Frenchie who becomes her best friend and her mate Quinn. Thanks to them she meets Ace the president of a motorcycle club. The scenes between Mei and Ace are spicy and seductive. This book will have you feeling some raw emotions. I love that it is a blend of romance, suspense, and spice. This is well written and easy to follow.

Slap me across the ass with the title of this book as I'm pretty sure the MMC and I have a wedding to plan. I deep throated this story. I was on my freaking knees, literally, trying to ground myself over the onslaught of emotions and pure smutty anarchy that was this book.
This was HOT. Nuclear. The spice in this is off the freaking charts. It's FILTHY. Like gas station floor FILTHY and I was licking it all up.
Both the FMC and MMC are certified bad-ass. The banter between these two was magical. The action-packed plot was like a caffeine and cocaine cocktail. Bloody, chaotic and addictive as fuck.

Spice, oh yeah, she's got it on lock. Any smut-loving book fan needs to take heed and fall in love with Mei and Ace. Mei had suffered a lot in her life. she was ready to trust.
She'd grown to learn to do things for herself, run when she has to, not rely on people until she meets Frenchie. After meeting Frenchie, she meets Ace. She's not one to trust and he's not willing to give up. Their chemistry is palpable. it jumps off the page and is such a beautiful thing. Will they give in? You'll have to read to find out.
This book is perfect parts storyline, dialog and smut. it is perfection. I so enjoyed getting to know these characters. I highly recommend that you get to know them also.

Mai’s character is both broken and crazy strong from trauma that would destroy most people. She’s running from a past that is relentless, dangerous, twisted, and evil. Too busy trying to protect herself and everyone else she barely has the time or the ability to let down her walls enough for friendships, much less love.
Ace seems to be your typical MC prez, gorgeous bad boy, who’s so wrapped up in his world that he’s not expecting a beautiful woman to knock him off his feet. Through most of the story he’s not even aware of how far gone he is.

This book is insanely hard to put down. At no point was there a safe time to be able to stop and continue real life. It was hard to not think of anything else until I finished it.
The story follows Mei, who is on the run for a very long time and with good reason and an extremely hot Aussie biker, Ace, who is so infatuated and protective of her.
Mei has a dark past that has followed her every time she's disappeared and had to start again.

Excuse me while I go take a cold shower after this scorching read. The spice levels and scenes in this book sure do give a girl ideas! Ace and Mei are the perfect example of a couple that just can't keep their hands off each other. This was my first book from this indie author and am looking forward to reading the rest of this series!

Wow what a wild ride! Our FMC Mei, is hiding from a man from her past and she meets her future in Ace - president of a MC. Smut is on point and there is actually a story to go with it! Can't wait to keep reading this series!

This was a wild ride from start to finish and I loved it! The story was really good, and had some really interesting twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat. The spice was over the top, but it worked with the story. Great start to the series!!

Read this book back when it was published on Inkitt and I have been following Eve ever since.
Erotomaniac is different from any romance book I’ve ever read before. Love that the relationship isn’t the same toxic stuff you get with dark romance, but is still kinky AF. Ace is a sweetheart. He’s a player who has no real understanding of romance and is afraid to fall in love. But all that changes when he meets FMC and has to deal with a deranged serial killer stalker. Love the HEA.

Ok, so this one is a wild ride, a strong FMC, a traumatic past and a motorcycle club. An amazing story of action, passion, suspense, romance and emotion. A great start to the series.
