Alan Leo, born William Frederick Allan, was a prominent British astrologer, author, publisher and theosophist, and is considered by many to be the father of modern astrology.
Primarily a cookbook on progressed aspects. I have not really seen a cookbook on this subject. Its a bit old fashioned with its "evil" perspective on squares and oppositions. While taking that with a grain of salt and updating in our minds how we portray difficult aspects, it has a lot of quality descriptions of aspects.
