I don’t usually read books like this, but wow…Enzo completely stole my heart. This story was emotional, sweet, heartbreaking, and full of life lessons. I definitely cried more than once. It wasn’t my typical thriller, so I can’t quite give it 5 stars, but it’s one I’ll remember for a long time. If you’re an animal lover, keep the tissues close. 3.5 stars

Love that the story was told from the dogs perspective. There are good quotes and advice here. I knew what the ending would be, but I still cried. The only complaint would be too many negative life events, which made me not want to finish the book.

3.5 stars - Sweet, heartfelt, and definitely tugged at the heartstrings. I loved seeing life through Enzo’s eyes, but at times it felt a little too sentimental and philosophical for me. Still, a touching story about love, loss, loyalty, and what it means to be human.

WARNING: FEELS TRAIN!!! This is a timely book to read when you need to pick yourself up from a mess you made. It's about finding what really matters when you're in a hell hole. It's about a dog named Enzo who has more heart than most humans ever will have. I really enjoyed this book. I finished it in 4 sittings (which is very impressive because my attention span is next to 0 with most books I try to finish.)
