I will start with the parts of the book I loved - the simple stress-relieving techniques, the clear language and instructions and the visual descriptions were really helpful. I read this book almost every night (a chapter at a time) and I must say the sessions were cathartic, without even trying some of the practices which the book highlights. The chapter sizes are also short and to the point, which was great. Some bits I struggled with were some of the claims around areas I don't fully believe for now, such as the location of chakras and aura cleansing - all the same, I read these with a pinch of salt, as several techniques in the book are surely going to help you with stress management and healthier living.
