What a start to the Wolven Warriors, if this first book is going to be a precursor of what is to come I want more. Ms. Khan's story grabbed my interest from the very first page and did not let go until I was finished. Bold and Jasmine's story is one I would recommend. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Another great love story from The Zone”! Bold has gained quite a following since his amazing rescue of a human female during the aftermath of the LA tsunami. He hates all the attention and has started refusing to take calls for him. But one man is very persistent so he finally gives in and ends up agreeing to be a bodyguard for his daughter.
Jasmine has just testified to the state legislature about a multi-national company that runs a private teenage rehabilitation program. As a victim of their abusive program, she vowed to expose them when the timing was right and she had the proper credentials. Her dad is afraid she just put a target on her back. He finally convinces her to let him hire a bodyguard for her. She agrees as long as it’s Bold. She hasn’t been able to stop thinking about him since she saw him on TV.
These two are immediately attracted to each other, but are trying to keep things professional. But when Jasmine’s life is threatened and she is kidnapped, all bets are off!
Great book, well written, with lots of action and honest emotions. Don’t miss it!

Bold by Alana Khan is the first book in the Wolven Warriors series. I love Khan’s books as they are always so well written and so entertaining. This series is the third that feature the Others, beings that came through a portal to the American desert and eventually rehoused in 5 square blocks near Lis Angeles where they can’t leave unless given governmental permission. This series features Bold, a Wollen, whom we met in the Orc series when the orc firemen and he saved a woman from a fire escape after a tsunami. This time Bold is hired to guard a woman who has brought a company that rehabs at risk teens but actually abuses them. She and Bold discover quickly that they love each other and will do whatever it takes to protect one another.

I loved Bold! It's a fun story, and looks like it will be a great series! Sweet with steam, suspense and danger. I love how Bold's family ties and tradition come into the story, and how the Others are part of the storyline. One of my favorite book covers, too!

This book is the first in a new series about the Others, but focuses on the Wolven (aliens also from An’Wa, but not the firefighter Orcs). It’s a story of courage, of fighting to right a wrong, of joining forces to finally get justice. It’s anything but easy when you’re the underdog.

This is a the start of what I am sure will be a brilliant new series! For all that Jasmine leads a life amongst though who would be classed as entitled, she does not agree with the way that many things are done. She suffered the loss of her mother to cancer and the resulting years at school have opened her eyes to a different view. She prefers honesty and integrity over all that money and power could provide. She chose to make a stand and that has put her in danger. Bold, a wolven, has been hired to protect what he believes is some spoilt rich girl only to find a very different kind of woman. One who happens to be his soulmate. Bold comes across as steadfast and protective. Jasmine, while having a troubled past, has come out of it strong and caring.
As ever from this author, the writing is captivating and enthralling. You feel all the blows and desperately want them to succeed. The twists of the plot, the continued world building and the characters that charm you are melded together so well. I cannot wait for the next one!

Get Ready For A Treat!
Woof, Howl and Growl your way to a new and entertaining series; Bold: book 1 of The Wolven Warriors made my inner pup sit up and beg for more!
I was thoroughly entertained with this spin-off series from Alana Khan’s world of “Others”! You can start here with Bold which is book 1 in the Wolven Warriors series but I also recommend reading Ember’s Origin: book 1 in the Orcfire Series where you will be introduced to this wonderful and creative world. It should not be missed!
Bold is protective, fearless, brawny and beautiful with his wolfish smile, swishy tail and luscious pelt. Jasmine is sweet, strong, brave and in incredible danger. There is a lot of touching friends and family moments, some laughs, drama, action and a couple villains and then throw in a plethora of spice and plenty of love and you have yourself a fantastic read!
I highly recommend Bold for some absolutely fun reading and I can’t wait for the next one in this new series!

Let's just start with WOW and go from there! I loved the Orc Others but I'm loving the Wolven Others on a whole new level! Bold is just yum. He is strong, sweet, smexy, smart and so perfect for Jasmine. Jasmine is a woman who had been badly abused growing up so she has made it her life work to help other abuse survivors and the big business abusers don't like it. But she is very strong and isn't going to back down. Bold is hired as her bodyguard. What follows is an amazing, hot adventure during which our Hero and Heroine fall in love. This world Alana has created is a mirror of what is right and what is wrong with our world. That sounds like it would be a downer but it isn't. I'm left with a feeling of hope and with a new appreciation for the beauty of our Spirit. Read Alana Khan's books, you won't be sorry! I wish I could give her 10+ stars. She deserves them.

Bold is a wolven that works for the police station for the others(nagas, Wolves, Orcs, and Minotuars that came to earth 25 years ago). When he helps the Orc firefighters rescue people after a tsunami, he becomes famous. Jasmine is testifying against a global popular company and their abuses. Her life is now in danger and she needs a bodyguard. After seeing Bold on TV, she decides he would be the right male to have as her bodyguard. When Bold accepts the job. He gets his own small housing pod, a generous salary, and all the food he can eat. However, the biggest perk he gets is Jasmine and the light she brings to his life and the other people around her. This a very sweet, steamy, action packed book. I highly recommend you read it and all the othe books in the series.

This was a great series opener that brings us back into the Zone and the Others that are restricted there. This story has Bold, a Wolven, as a bodyguard to therapist, Jazz. She's testified against a huge corporation that runs a program for teens and abuses them horribly. Sadly, she knows they do that because she suffered under the 'care'... Jazz and Bold have to navigate their chemistry both inside and outside of the Zone ad I loved following them along their journey. There are definitely strong themes of family and protection, and doing what's right in spite of the risks. Told in dual POVs, this fast paced romance had plenty of drama, suspense and steam to make it a fab page turner. I can't wait to read the next book ;D

I really enjoyed reading this captivating shifter romance that has an absolutely fascinating storyline. I am not going to give the plot away but I can tell you that the plot is well-written & really entertaining with all the suspenseful events/situations and that I found the characters (Jasmine & Bold) well-developed, strong-willed individuals with exceptionally good chemistry between them. There is: shifters, humans, suspense, intrigue, drama, secrets, adventure, action, twists & turns, villainous villains, danger, threats, surprises, steamy scenes, love, contentment & a well-deserved satisfying conclusion. I enjoyed reading this book and would highly recommend it.

Watching Jazz and Bold navigate their relationship as it evolved both in and outside of “the Zone” was interesting. I loved the strong themes of family, protecting the vulnerable and doing the right thing in spite of personal risk. Much of this story sadly parallels the seedy side of some people and corporations within society today… so it was quite satisfying to see good decisively conquer evil in this fantasy situation.

I am so happy that this is a story about the Others. We've met the Orcs and the Minotaurs; now it's the Wolven.
I loved the story. I loved how it focuses on the bonds of a family, on finding home, on fighting for what is right, on protecting the ones we hold dear, and on embracing our differences. There is so much to love in this book. This is one of those books I've read where i swooned when the MMC proposed to the FMC.
The author's description of Bold when he met Jazz is just so cute. That fluffy tail takes center stage. 😂.

His character is strong, worthy, and honorable. He is also one of the many Others that have had to endure the harsh treatments of the human world.
Bold and his family have such a strong unity, who have an amazing matriarch at the helm.
An amazing read with suspense, drama, passion, and a very happily ever after.

Book 1 of the Wolven Warriors edition of the Others who landed in the Mojave desert shows us another of these fantastical groups of people who fell through space. It's a very sweet and romantic story and shows how much culture the Others were able to bring with them and enhance with new experiences and extended families. I recommend all of this author's works for anyone, especially those who want to read HEAs and new types of romances.

Really enjoyed this new foray into the Wolvens This is part of the overall Orc series that the author has. I was glad how this one was more about a new baddie for the heroine vs the purists that are mentioned more in the other books in this series. Really loved Bold and Jasmine and their connection to each other and the spicy scenes. Can't wait to read more in this series.

Back to the Zone…Wolven Warriors is a beautiful love story that will melt your heart. I loved the slow burn of this story. Bold was playful and protective. GOOD BOOK!
I liked all of the elements in the story from being mates, friends, rich and poor etc. I really liked the family feel to the characters and how they formed a family from human to aliens. It will be interesting if Ms. Khan decides how and why the aliens were brought to Earth.

Bold #1
This was such an interesting and amazing book. The story was so heartbreaking in places but so intense in others. About half way the book, you knew things were going to work out for Bold and Jasmine. They worked through the events that happened to them. Must read the other books in the series.

Omgosh this one has all the fun feels! Bold is so sweet and romantic while being a definite alpha-male who will protect his mate! The action and suspense was top-notch while still having the fun times and love. I want my own wolven after this ;)

What can I say? Alana Khan has written another wonderful book filled with characters that I wish were real. This book is romantic and filled with some unpredictable scenarios. It was easy to read and hard to put down. I loved it!

Bold, a wolf /human mix, and Jasmine are fantastic as well-fleshed-out characters. Another must-read book in this genre. Will they solve their problems and have their HEA? Can't wait for the next book in the series.

An amazing book that kept me hooked from the beginning. I loved how Jazz never let her past hold her back. She just kept fighting. Bold was amazing how he helped her fight and offered a safe place for her. Though my favorite part was the ending and the pool.....

Unexpected
This book was a little out of my usual zone. I just about laughed myself senseless at the cover art. I decided to just check it out. I'm happy I did. It's a well written, thoughtful, entertaining and exciting story. I really enjoyed the characters and story.

I like this world that was built and I liked the books leading up to this one. This book however felt like it was missing something. It fell flat for me.
