I made a deal with the devil. Now he claims I'm his fated mate.
When my best friend goes missing in Las Vegas, there’s only one man I can turn to for help.
Lucas Ifer. Billionaire playboy. CEO of Abaddon Inc. King of Sin City. And…the devil himself?
Lucas—aka Lucifer—agrees to help me, but in exchange he wants one me.
He’s dark, dangerous, and wickedly handsome. Oh, and evil incarnate. I should say no, but I can’t. I’m that desperate.
But when you make a deal with the devil, there's no escaping it. Now he owns my body for seven nights of sin.
Even worse, he says I'm his fated mate and that we have a past stretching back through time—but I don't remember any of it.
I’m Persephone being claimed by Hades, and I have no choice but to enter his underworld and become his dark queen.
Is there any light left in that black heart? Or will his darkness consume me?
This collection contains all four books in the Claimed By Lucifer Demon King, Devilish Mate, Infernal God, and Death Lord. That's over 800 pages featuring a sinfully sexy Hades and Persephone story with a Lucifer twist!

It took me forever to get to 18% and I couldn’t make myself read it anymore. I don’t know if it’s the writing style, the FMC, the way everything felt slightly off and disjointed…. I just couldn’t do it. I wanted to love this book but there was nothing to hook me and the writing was painful to get through at some points
If I were to give an award for Book of the Year—or rather, Series of the Year—it would undoubtedly go to Claimed by Lucifer, books 1 to 3. From start to finish, I was utterly captivated and couldn’t put it down. That being said, it took me a while to finish all three books—not because they weren’t good, but because I needed time to recover after some of the more intense scenes.
The writing is phenomenal. The pacing of the events was perfect, and the story unfolded like an epic adventure. It was thrilling, emotional, and entirely immersive. One of my favorite aspects was Lucifer's raw, undeniable longing for his fated mate, Hannah. The depth of his pain as he searched for her across lifetimes was palpable, and you could feel his exhaustion and heartbreak every step of the way. This series was truly an emotional rollercoaster, requiring a level of commitment to fully experience and appreciate the three books.
As much as I adored Belial in the series, I chose not to continue with the fourth and final book. For me, the story ended perfectly with Lucifer and Hannah's conclusion. Reading Belial’s story felt unnecessary—almost like an overkill—since I felt fulfilled and content with the way book three wrapped things up. While others might enjoy seeing more of the world and its characters, I was happy to close the book on this chapter.
Overall, I would highly recommend this series to anyone who loves a good fantasy romance. The first three books are an absolute masterpiece, and I’m giving them a solid five stars. For fans of intense, emotionally-driven storytelling, Claimed by Lucifer is a must-read.
The story is undeniably intriguing, and the variety of creatures—demons, angels, shifters, and even Fenrir—was a fantastic twist. It added so much dimension to the world, and the creativity behind it was something I genuinely enjoyed. There’s a lot happening in this book, so just a heads-up: you’ll need to keep track.
That said, while I found the book interesting, it didn’t quite captivate me in the way I’d hoped. I didn’t feel that immediate pull to finish it, that all-consuming need to keep turning the pages. Honestly, the main reason I finished it was that mama didn’t raise a quitter—otherwise, this might have ended up a DNF for me.
The plot was a mixed bag. At times, it was obvious where things were heading, and other times, I had no clue what was coming next. That unpredictability definitely kept things interesting, though.
I do wish there had been more tension between Lucifer and Hannah. Their relationship felt a little rushed to me, and I think a slower, more deliberate build-up would have made their dynamic so much stronger. But given the book’s length, I get why it moved so quickly.
What truly stood out for me were the unique elements in this book—the mix of creatures and the lore surrounding them were absolutely fascinating. That alone is something I think a lot of readers would love.
That being said, this book just didn’t fully click for me personally. While it’s a great story with some really creative twists, it wasn’t as captivating as I’d hoped. But I can absolutely see how this might be a favorite for someone else, and I’d still recommend it to fans of supernatural stories and complex worlds. For me, it was a good read, just not a great one.
What an absolute magical journey. I do not have the words to express how much I loved this story. Reading it all together was an absolute must. This has all my favorite elements, angels and Demons, paranormal, fae and so much more. Prophecies, mythology, and trials, sacrifices and fated soul mates. You name it. This is the series that contains it all and in such a thoughtful way. I wish I could read this for the first time again because it was such a fantastic read!
Purchased this and reading it for the author, Elizabeth Briggs who is in hospice care after a long brutal cancer battle. ♥️May I suggest to anyone who liked her books to purchase some over Amazon. Her merch store closed Nov 1. But all these purchases go to her family.
This story kept me engaged from the first word to the last! There were so many moving parts that I really had to concentrate on what was happening. Hard off to Ms Briggs for keeping everything straight!
I feel like this had so much potential with the lore & mythology that could’ve been explored/built up more. I DNF part way into the 2nd book. It just became cumbersome to stay interested in the story. Also, the spice ramped up so that the scenes seemed like they were every few pages & took the place of actual plot.
This series was hard to put down and I’m glad I didn’t find it until the entire thing was available. The character development was wonderful and all the main characters feel like treasured friends. I am happy that this world didn’t completely end with the Claimed By Lucifer series and look forward to the Seraphim Academy series. If you enjoy supernatural stories and mythology, the hit series Lucifer, and/or authors like Sherrilyn Kenyon, Patricia Briggs, Alexandra Ivy, etc., you’re going to want to read these stories, too! Just make sure you have plenty of free time.
I feel as though I really wanted to like this book series. Book 1 was okay however, the character building and story building was mediocre. There was no real understanding of who these people really were or where the story was heading. The storyline was all over the place and no story ever felt complete. During book 2 & 3, it felt as though the books were fighting to keep a story going. If the author was running out of plots she put Steamy scenes in to make up for it. I promise I’m no stranger to a steamy scene however, these books were overkill and I skipped ALL of them every few pages that seemed to drag on. I prefer more story to steam. This series definitely could have been better but book 2 & 3 could have merged together and it would have made it better. I rolled my eyes and said “yeah okay” more times than I can count throughout this series. It was almost like the author wanted to add as many details and different fantasy characters as possible but forgot to build them. I wasn’t attached to any one of them and didn’t even read book 4. I DNF after the first page.
Some books steal your attention. Claimed by Lucifer, straight-up mugged me in an alley and left me begging for more. This book stole my days, my willpower, and let’s be honest, it hijacked my REM cycle because I was too busy whisper-screaming at the plot twists.
Let me be blunt: I needed recovery time after certain scenes that left me emotionally wrecked. The chemistry? Off the charts. The tension? Thick enough to cut with Lucifer’s blade. The longing? Unholy in the best, most devastating way, Lucifer’s relentless search for Hannah across lifetimes set my earbuds on fire. He’s temptation dressed in tragedy, power wrapped in sin, and let’s be real…damnation never sounded so tempting.
Elizabeth Briggs doesn’t just pace a story; she straps you to a rocket and lights the fuse. Angels? Check. Demons? Check. Forbidden love that could set the cosmos on fire? Double check. Buckle up. Danger, lust, redemption, and a love so feral it could burn heaven and hell down at once. By some miracle (or dark magic), it never dragged for even a heartbeat.
Special shoutout to Lia Langola and Will M. Watt, the voice duo who turned this into a cinematic experience for my ears. Their performance was so good that I’d listen to them narrate my grocery list. Every emotion, every confrontation, every sinful whisper came alive. The audiobook didn’t just read me a story; it dragged me through the flames, whispered in my ear, and left me feral in the best way.
What makes it work? It’s not just the spice, though. Let’s be clear: the spice could melt steel. It’s that the books balance romance and apocalypse-level stakes. Every twist made me gasp. Every close call had me gasping like my heart forgot how to function. By book three, I was convinced Briggs had hacked my bloodstream and was personally in charge of my emotions.
Forget casual reading, this series straps you into an emotional rollercoaster and throws away the key. Dark fantasy, forbidden love, fallen angels, and a hero who’d burn down heaven for his mate? Yeah, welcome to your new addiction.
Claimed by Lucifer: The Complete Series ~~ 🔥🔥🔥 This series completely claimed me — heart, soul, and every spare second of my day! Elizabeth Briggs delivers a sinful, seductive, and action-packed supernatural romance that blends danger, dark desires, and redemption in all the right ways. I couldn’t stop reading… or listening.
The chemistry between the characters is off the charts! Lucifer is the perfect mix of deadly temptation and unexpected tenderness, while the heroine is fierce, flawed, and deeply relatable. Each book builds on the stakes — both romantic and apocalyptic — and the twists had me gasping. Expect sexy angels, powerful demons, morally gray heroes, and steamy tension that practically scorches the pages. 🔥
Lia Langola and Will M. Watt are the ultimate voice duo! Their performance brought every emotion, confrontation, and intimate moment to life. Their voices made the characters feel even more real, and the dual narration heightened the tension and romance in all the best ways. If you love audiobooks, you must get this one — it’s a cinematic experience for your ears.
This complete series is one of my new obsessions. I loved everything about it — the pacing, the plot twists, the intense slow burn, and the unforgettable ending. Highly recommend for fans of dark fantasy, forbidden romance, and fallen angels who just might be worth saving. 😈✨
I absolutely LOVED this series — both reading and listening — and I can’t wait to dive into more from this author! ❤️❤️
Each book, save for the last, Balial's book, was 5 stars. And its only because it was more of a novella , and I wasn't truly mad at it other than how rushed it was. This series was a *chefs kiss*. If you like Romantasy and Mythology this is fun. I enjoyed how looking back at the FMC in the beginning, she developed SOOOO much throughout the books. It was a fun read and had amazing world building, well worlds, building really. So many interesting characters, which most of I'd read a spin off for if there was one... looking at you Damien!! It takes a spin on Hades and Persephone but also, Lucifer and Eve and just.. its such a fun spin on that world, and this is from someone who didn't love Scarlett StClair... I was kinda put off from that telling of them and I'm glad it didn't keep me from this book.
I wanted to like this book but I just couldn’t. I finished the whole series in hopes that something would improve and instead it just kept getting worse. Twists and betrayals in the plot that could have led to trials and growth for the characters were resolved with super cheesy corny happy ending cliches within a few paragraphs. And after it’s like there was no emotional processing or even mention of i like it never happened! Side characters that could have been great were never developed and allowed to shine. The main characters had the emotional depth of a swimming pool for toddlers. I rolled my eyes and audibly groaned so many times I lost count.
Very good book with about a 3/5 on smut honestly not enough for me personally. This was mainly 10/10 on plot and story writing for sure. Honestly the writing was so good and engrossing that I forgot it was smut at times and would get surprised at the smut bits. It felt more like the fantasy books I absolutely love reading rather than smut so I give it a 4/5 I liked the ending and would definitely recommend it to other people. I just personally felt like there could have been more smut but I digress very good book either way and loved the length of it, didn't feel overly long and not over in two seconds 😀 😉
3.5/5 stars. I got through the most of the first book and thought this series would be pretty good. Unfortunately as it continued on I just started to lose interest. I cant quite pinpoint why...I just didn't feel a connection to Lucifer. The FMC was pretty interesting but not enough to save the series for me. I got about 25% into the 2nd book before I DNF'd the series. This book just isn't for me. There is nothing wrong with the writing, just didn't keep my interest even though the story line is right up my alley!
I devoured this four book series!! It was the perfect thing to pull me out of a reading slump. The way the author weaves all kinds of stories together, yet putting her own spin on it is amazing. The plots were perfectly balanced with the spice. If you like Lucifer, Hades, Persephone stories this is a series for you!
Dnf it. Not worth the price! Chapters soooooo short, story was rushed within the chapters. I love Greek mythology and books portraying Hades but this was not good and made no sense. She has been reincarnated seven times but yet only talked about the current life, how they were supposedly Hades and Persephone and then all of sudden Adam and Eve smh. Could not even finish it. SAVE YOUR MONEY
loved this book 🫶 the way we got hades & persephone as well as the lucifer morningstar, angels v demons story all in one was perfect 👌
glad I read it as 1 full book as I think I'd have struggled on the last lucifer & eve book, unsure I'd have picked up book 4 after that and I loved it after reading ❤️
This series had me hooked. I loved everything about it. The characters grow so much anf manage to look at the positive side of things no matter what.
The books grab your attention and won't let go. You want to keep reading to find out what happens next and how the characters expand who they are after each tribulation they experience.
Audio: voice actors were good. For me this is just a middle of the road book. It’s fun, that it’s set in Vegas which is my home. And it’s fun the way they tie in myths and stories of all of the different ways that Lucifer has been identified as overtime. I appreciate the work that it took to tie in all of the characters and names of the fallen.
Update* So this morning I grabbed my kindle to read and I was upset that I had finished this book. Needless to say I'm going to have a book hangover. As a whole. great story lots of sexual stuff in the beginning but tapers off in the 2nd book and starts to get to the action of the story. great writing and pulling a few religious beliefs and tying them all together was amazing!
These characters had such rich back stories that really draw you in and make you love or hate them. There was a great deal of my readers version of talking to the characters in a movie. "No, don't go off by yourself!" Or "Way to over react!" Yep, I'm one of those people. 😏
The ending was great! A family + that came together to beat the odds. HEA!!!
This should count as 5 books on my reading count and not just 1 but that's ok....it is really really good. This is going to join my list of books I can read multiple times along with The Anita Blake series by Laurell Hamilton and the Dante Valentine series by Lilith Saintcrow.
I finished the first two books in the series but then DNF the remaining. The story just seemed to drag which is a shame because I really liked the start of it :/ the concept was interesting it just didn’t deliver in my opinion
4 books in one. I was told this was like Lucifer the show and at first it does feel that way but eventually it turns into a very unique Hades/Persephone retelling with angels, demons, elder gods and interesting twists on common Nordic mythology and Greek mythology.
I loved it and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good spicy devil story 😈🖤
I love Hades/persephone retellings! This one did not disappoint at all. Bringing it to. A modern and slightly different approach and it just made it all the better. Strongly recommend!
