I really enjoyed how Tierney took the tropes we love and flipped them around. Instead of the girl getting kidnapped by the mafia boss…the mafia boss is kidnapped by the girl! Oh and yeah, with the help of her stalker, because it turns out she’s not that good at kidnapping. And she doesn’t like the sight of blood!
I enjoyed that Heaven/Heather was not super woman or a ‘Mary Sue’ and knew how to do everything. She had flaws, she made mistakes and the guys kind of just went along with it because they were smitten with her.
Wraith/Atlas was an interesting character, I would love to know more of his backstory and how he became who he is. I cracked up that he stalked Heather and would break in to do her laundry and cook for her and she just let it happen because she liked being taken care of! If anything his character was the Mary Sue…how does a 20 year old know so many languages, is a hit man and also happens to be a tech wizard???
Reaper/Gio was a cinnamon roll of a mafia boss. The way he just went along with being kidnapped because he had a crush on Heather had me rolling with laughter.
The characters are very funny and there are quite a few funny moments. It’s a slow burn so don’t expect sexy times right away. My biggest gripe with this one is it feels like the story is just getting rolling and then it ends. We still have quite a few plot points hanging. This book is literally just the start of their story and their second book is being released sometime next year.

Fun and Spicy
Honestly didn't know what I was getting into when I read this but I loved every second of it. It was funny there's plenty of drama and oh the spice was spicing. Can't wait to move on to book two because I need to know who did what and why.

This was such a time. I love the concept and the way our heroine Heaven basically decides to take solving her best friends murder into her own hands. The bad news is she's not thinking out the steps for kidnapping too well. The good news is her stalker who loves to clean house, make her meals and make sure she's safe is there to help.
I giggled a lot reading this because it is 100% a wild set up and popcorn read. I had a blast with it even if there is some issues on plotting.

The short spoiler free version : it's a fun, relatively light read. Not super dark. Spice doesn't come until the last part of the book. The writing wasn't great, and I had hoped it would be funnier. It also takes a while to pick up. I absolutely loved the character overview in the beginning though.
The long review with spoilers:
I mean this in the most respectful way possible, but it felt like I was reading a first draft. A good first draft, but still.
The first half of the book could've been way shorter. It was repetitive at times, which made getting in to the story difficult.
There were some consistency errors, especially with time. The most annoying thing was Atlas' age. He is 21 at the prologue, then the book jumps back two years so he would be 19. But at one point he says something like "I'm not some teenager". He literally is though. And until you get to his backstory, his age is incredibly unbelievable.
I also don't really get why the author chose a 2 year timelap. Or why she made Atlas so young. It made things feel even more far fetched.
There were a lot of currently popular catchphrases, and tropes in the story. Which can be fun. But at times it felt forced.
What I did love: the character overview! Can we please do that in every book?
Heather and Atlas their character journey was fun to read. I'm hoping Gio gets more growth in the second part, he felt a bit flat in this part. I do love that Gio wasn't the typical gangster.
I also liked the bi representation. And the focus on consent.
Starting part 2 now, I hope it keeps the same pace as the last 25% of this book.

Needs an editor.
I really wanted to like this story, the blurb made it sound entertaining.
The reality is, this is what you'd read on whattpad and not be annoyed because the writer is still working on it. The writing is rudimentary, too repetitively descriptive and definitely chaotic.
The heroine obviously has some serious issues but rather than make it easy to understand her, her characterisation reads like she's really not smart. Trying really hard here not to use words worse than ditzy.
I was expecting a fun read with slightly unhinged men, I got a draft begging for an editor.

Wraith & Wrath is chaotic in the best possible way equal parts dark, funny, and completely unhinged. From the very first page, the story throws you into Heaven’s wildly misguided revenge plan, which quickly spirals into a hilariously messy situation she definitely did not think through. Watching a self-proclaimed kidnapper who faints at the sight of blood try to control two extremely dangerous men makes for an entertaining ride.
Heaven is a refreshingly imperfect heroine. She’s impulsive, awkward, and absolutely in over her head but that’s what makes her so fun to follow. Her internal chaos and determination to see things through (even when everything is falling apart) give the story a lot of personality.
Reaper, the supposedly terrifying gang boss, steals scenes with his calm confidence and playful attitude despite being the one tied to the chair. Meanwhile, Wraith is the perfect wild card equal parts unsettling and oddly endearing with his ghost mask, hacker skills, and strangely domestic habits. The dynamic between all three characters is full of tension, humor, and a lot of unexpected chemistry.

I'd describe this as a light dark stalker/Mafia romance.
There is a really hot stalker boy that pays her bills and cleans her apartment. (I'd like one of those please) . There is also a second MMC the son of a Mafia boss who also has a gang of his own and is the owner of the stripper bar where our MFC Heaven is working... As a stripper. She has undiagnosed ADHD, with word vomit and no structure.
The reason I wanted to read it was because of the reverse trope and that delivered. The story is spicy and the MMCs are very nice.
This book is part of a series but it's the first of those characters and there's a second book but the plot is not that captivating that you have to read it.
If you want a fun time this could be it!

Heather/Heaven doesn’t know who her parents are, she does have a younger sister Rowan Kane and her best-friend Ruby. She’s also searching for the person who unalived her other best friend Missy. (Both Missy and Ruby were introduced in Saphhire’s series & the main FMC of Ruby & Rogue) She’s also the best-friend to Lola (an FMC who was introduced earlier in this very series, whose romance we’ve already seen if you’ve read her story line or not.)
Reaper/ Giovanni: He is more of a cinnamon roll of a Mafia boss vs this terrifying Mafia boss he’s supposed to be.
When Heather/Heaven together with her stalker kidnap Reaper/Giovanni he goes along with it without fighting it, he realizes that this is his opportunity to escape his family without any repercussions as he’s being taken against his will.
Reaper does record a video without any problems in order to prove to his family that he’s fine and that he did in fact leave on purpose.
Reaper plays the smart game with Heather/Heaven as he’s her employer and he only ever pulls her and he never allows himself to act on his feelings due to wanting to keep things as professional as possible. (Although that’s only talked about in the past tense. Once the book really gets started, he doesn’t hold back and he acts on his feelings clearly.)
Wraith/Atlas: He grew up in the Russian Mafia but he was able to get out and he now works as this tech independent hacker, gun for hire, and for fun he’s Heather/Heaven’s stalker. But that’s OK because he does all her chores, cooks all of her meals, pays her bills gives her gifts, and only leaves her notes and texts and other than that doesn’t interact with her. (I wish I could have had a stalker like that when I was single. Lol)
Wraith is also this very kinky virgin. He’s this strangely perfect wild card with equal parts unsettling personality and oddly endearing with his ghost mask, amazing hacker skills, and his bizarre domestic habits. And when all three of them are together we get tension, humor, and loads of unexpected chemistry.
Wraith only pulls Heather/Heaven closer and closer. And he was this perfectly bossy, possessive, obsessive man with this tantalizingly air of mystery, who can apparently seamlessly slip between his different personas.
I am such a fan of Tierney’s writing. I just love her storytelling style, her plotting and sub-plotting style. Her character creation and development is always on par. And she always picks and uses tropes that are perfect for the story she’s telling and in Wraith & Wrath I love how she flipped the tropes.
Rather than Heaven being kidnapped by our dear old Mafia boss…we see instead that our remarkable girl Heaven kidnaps the mafia boss. But she doesn’t do it alone, she does it with the help of her stalker, because as Heaven quickly learns, she really isn’t very good at kidnapping. Oh, an she doesn’t like the sight of blood.
I really enjoyed that Heaven/Heather realized and was able to recognize that she wasn’t this super woman and she didn’t have to know how to do everything. Heaven was able to recognize her own flaws and short comings. Heaven made her own fair share of mistakes and I couldn’t help but laugh when the guys just went along with it all because they were infatuated with her.
Atlas was such an interesting MMC, I would die for a novella of his backstory and how he became who he is and why he is the way he is. I couldn’t help but laugh at the way he staled Heaven/Heather and how he would break in just to do her laundry and cook for her. And he did this because she enjoyed being taken care of. I felt like his character was truly the ‘Mary Sue’ out of all the characters, and I mean really, how does this 20-year-old know so many different languages, learned how to be a hit man, and is also a tech wizard?
Reaper is the cinnamon roll of a Mafia boss. I loved the way he went along with being kidnapped without really fighting it all because he had a crush on Heaven/Heather. This all had me rolling around on my bed with laughter.
I love the humour we get from these characters and there are just so many funny moments. This is a wonderful slow-burn so if you’re expecting a lot of spice right away, you’re going to have to wait.
I wasn’t ready for this book to end. It felt like the book was just getting rolling and then the book ended. There are still several plot and sub-plot points still hanging open. This is just the start of Heaven, Atlas, and Reaper’s story. And now we have to wait until an unknown date until the next book is released.

Wraith & Wrath is Giovanni, Atlas and Heather’s Story. It is the 1st of 3 Novellas and is the 6th book in the Gangsters Paradise series. This is a hilarious, spicy ghost mask wearing, golden retriever stalker & sweet gang boss, dark rom-com suspense series by Tierney Storer.
Heaven: She is notably an imperfect heroine. She’s impulsive, awkward, and she knows without a doubt that she’s in over her head. She has this internal chaos and determination to see what ever she sets her mind to through, no matter how difficult, or if it’s all falling apart.
Heaven works as a stripper at Bella’s and she’s planning to find vengeance for her best friend Missy’s death by kidnapping the person she believes committed the murder. Although she quickly learns that she’s not really very good at kidnapping or even torturing people. Thankfully her stalker (yes, our girl has this really sweet stalker) steps in to help her.
Heather/Heaven doesn’t know who her parents are, she does have a younger sister Rowan Kane and her best-friend Ruby. She’s also searching for the person who unalived her other best friend Missy. (Both Missy and Ruby were introduced in Saphhire’s series & the main FMC of Ruby & Rogue) She’s also the best-friend to Lola (an FMC who was introduced earlier in this very series, whose romance we’ve already seen if you’ve read her story line or not.)
Reaper/ Giovanni: He is more of a cinnamon roll of a Mafia boss vs this terrifying Mafia boss he’s supposed to be.
When Heather/Heaven together with her stalker kidnap Reaper/Giovanni he goes along with it without fighting it, he realizes that this is his opportunity to escape his family without any repercussions as he’s being taken against his will.
Reaper does record a video without any problems in order to prove to his family that he’s fine and that he did in fact leave on purpose.
Reaper plays the smart game with Heather/Heaven as he’s her employer and he only ever pulls her and he never allows himself to act on his feelings due to wanting to keep things as professional as possible. (Although that’s only talked about in the past tense. Once the book really gets started, he doesn’t hold back and he acts on his feelings clearly.)
Wraith/Atlas: He grew up in the Russian Mafia but he was able to get out and he now works as this tech independent hacker, gun for hire, and for fun he’s Heather/Heaven’s stalker. But that’s OK because he does all her chores, cooks all of her meals, pays her bills gives her gifts, and only leaves her notes and texts and other than that doesn’t interact with her. (I wish I could have had a stalker like that when I was single. Lol)
Wraith is also this very kinky virgin. He’s this strangely perfect wild card with equal parts unsettling personality and oddly endearing with his ghost mask, amazing hacker skills, and his bizarre domestic habits. And when all three of them are together we get tension, humor, and loads of unexpected chemistry.
Wraith only pulls Heather/Heaven closer and closer. And he was this perfectly bossy, possessive, obsessive man with this tantalizingly air of mystery, who can apparently seamlessly slip between his different personas.
I am such a fan of Tierney’s writing. I just love her storytelling style, her plotting and sub-plotting style. Her character creation and development is always on par. And she always picks and uses tropes that are perfect for the story she’s telling and in Wraith & Wrath I love how she flipped the tropes.
Rather than Heaven being kidnapped by our dear old Mafia boss…we see instead that our remarkable girl Heaven kidnaps the mafia boss. But she doesn’t do it alone, she does it with the help of her stalker, because as Heaven quickly learns, she really isn’t very good at kidnapping. Oh, an she doesn’t like the sight of blood.
I really enjoyed that Heaven/Heather realized and was able to recognize that she wasn’t this super woman and she didn’t have to know how to do everything. Heaven was able to recognize her own flaws and short comings. Heaven made her own fair share of mistakes and I couldn’t help but laugh when the guys just went along with it all because they were infatuated with her.
Atlas was such an interesting MMC, I would die for a novella of his backstory and how he became who he is and why he is the way he is. I couldn’t help but laugh at the way he staled Heaven/Heather and how he would break in just to do her laundry and cook for her. And he did this because she enjoyed being taken care of. I felt like his character was truly the ‘Mary Sue’ out of all the characters, and I mean really, how does this 20-year-old know so many different languages, learned how to be a hit man, and is also a tech wizard?
Reaper is the cinnamon roll of a Mafia boss. I loved the way he went along with being kidnapped without really fighting it all because he had a crush on Heaven/Heather. This all had me rolling around on my bed with laughter.
I love the humour we get from these characters and there are just so many funny moments. This is a wonderful slow-burn so if you’re expecting a lot of spice right away, you’re going to have to wait.
I wasn’t ready for this book to end. It felt like the book was just getting rolling and then the book ended. There are still several plot and sub-plot points still hanging open. This is just the start of Heaven, Atlas, and Reaper’s story. And now we have to wait until an unknown date until the next book is released.

I honestly had no idea what I was about to read. I love dark stalker romance and reverse harem and this book has both. There is drama and spice. It was a real fun read i read it in a day. Can't wait for the next book i need answers to all the who what's ans whys.

A fun read. I don’t like mafia romances but this one was hilarious. It was almost so bad that it was good. I was giggling for all the wrong reasons. Like if snl wrote a dark romance smut book. Heaven is hands down the stupidest fmc I’ve ever read. It is astonishing that not only one but two wealthy, powerful men fall in love with her. Tbh I would also get Stockholm syndrome if I had a stalker like atlas. Took off a point bc of grammatical errors.

This book was such a good time!!
Summary of the book:
Wraith and Wrath is the first book in a trilogy (not including a novella), and the 6th book in the gangsters paradise series. Heather (also known as Heaven) is the FMC, she works at a strip club and is plotting revenge for her boss, also a mafia boss who is OBSESSED with her (known as Reaper/Giovanni), who she thinks killed her best friend. Her stalker Wraith, also called Atlas, helps her with her plan to kidnap Reaper. Heather knows that Atlas has been stalking her for years, and she not so secretly loves it. When her plan finally goes into motion and she kidnaps Reaper, with the help of Wraith of course (because he is equally obsessed with her), she learns that maybe she isn’t cut out for the whole kidnapping thing, but luckily Reaper was more then happy to be kidnapped by her.
MY OPINIONS:
The good: Honestly this entire book, it was so funny, it was stupid at times but in the best way, both men are down so so bad for her, the writing is great, the storyline is awesome. I could go on.
The not so good: The only thing that comes to mind is relegated to Heather, I know she’s supposed to be silly, quirky and a little dumb (which i had no issue with), but some of the stuff she said made me cringe a little, but it didn’t really bother me to be honest.
Overall thoughts:
I truly loved this book, the characters are fun, the men are sweet, the storyline is such a good idea, carried out in a funny way and it kept me engaged the whole time. I wish i could reread this book for the first time purely because of how much it made me smile and how well it kept me entertained. I loved the dynamics between the characters, and i’m a sucker for boy obsessed books, especially where he yearns for her, because boy do this men yearn HARD. Ireally recommend this book, i wasn’t going into it expecting it to be a 5 star read, just expecting it to be a fun time, but it sucked me in straight away, I have a feeling i’m going to be thinking about it often.
Pace: It was quite a fast pace book, with the plot starting quite quickly. I never skimmed, and I was never confused with what was happening.
H rating: 5 stars for sure!! Wraith and Reaper are both down sooooo bad for Heather. From the moment they saw her they have not thought of anyone else. Wraith is also a virgin who has never done anything with a girl, and Reaper has only ever been with guys before, as he likes both. They were both so loyal to her, and the way they speak to her and are so gentle with her. How much they love her!!! And the pining and yearning from their povs was insane, it had to be some of the most i’ve ever read before.
h rating: I really liked Heather, she was funny, she was a little stupid, she lacked some common sense, but she was so loyal, not only to the mmcs but to her bestfriend. Some stuff she said was a little cringey but I was able to easily look past it, however I can see it annoying other, but personally it didn’t really bother me.

Heather (Heaven) became annoying in the second half of the book, barely tolerable. Only finished for Wraith and Reaper and to properly shit on the book whenever someone wants to discuss it.

Buckle up because Wraith and Wrath by Tierny Storer just grabbed me by the throat, kissed me on the forehead, and then threw me off a cliff — and I liked it.
Okay listen. This book has been reborn like a phoenix with eyeliner. Originally published in 2024 under a different name, Tierny said “nah, let’s go feral,” and came back with revisions, revenge, and the kind of chaos that has me pacing the room whispering, “What the actual fuck did I just read?” in the best way possible.
I stumbled across this book by accident on Facebook of all places (thank you algorithm, you messy little witch), and now I’m a changed person. We’ve got mafia ties, cartel drama, masked men, The Company raising super-soldier children, and an FMC who’s just trying to survive her stripper era while plotting revenge for her bestie’s death. Heather—sorry, Heaven—is THAT girl. She’s out here planning murder and vengeance in her glitter heels and I respect her for it.
And then there’s her stalker. Yes, you read that right. Wraith. The man has been casually breaking into her house for two years… to do her laundry. Sir, this is not a red flag—it’s a red blanket fort of toxicity and I am nesting inside it.
This book is unhinged perfection. It’s giving dark romcom meets John Wick meets “we’re all trauma-bonded and pretending it’s love.” It’s found family, chaos, violence, and a sprinkle of why-choose energy that had me feral.
Now babes, let’s talk about Tierny’s writing style because it’s actually so damn good. I didn’t struggle for a second—the pacing hits, the action flows, and the way things are portrayed? Chef’s kiss. Everything felt cinematic, clear, and deliciously addictive. It’s rare to have this much chaos and still have such clean, gripping writing, but Tierny pulled it off like a pro.
AND THEN THAT ENDING.
I saw 98% on my Kindle and my brain screamed, “No. She wouldn’t.” And she DID. The cliffhanger drop-kicked me straight into next week. I need book two immediately or I’m calling The Company myself.
Giovanni and Atlas—aka Wraith and Reaper—are frenemies, psychos, and absolute delights. One’s brooding chaos, the other’s manic charm, and together they’re a fever dream with guns.
In conclusion: 10/10 unhinged girlies would sell their soul for the sequel. Tierny Storer, I hope your pillow is always cold and your coffee never burns, because you’ve ruined my peace and I love you for it.

Honestly, I should have DNF'd this one. I stuck with it in the beginning because I did enjoy some of Wraith's chapters. I also really liked the dynamic between Wraith and Reaper and thought it had potential. Unfortunately, the book didn't live up to that.

The writing was... not great. There were frequent errors, including typos, misspellings, and duplicate or missing words. It tended to get wordy and repetitive.
Aspects of the plot sometimes didn't follow through or make sense. Like the first time Heather discovered Wraith had installed a security system in her apartment, she asked Reaper to look into the system he installed. Reaper was fucking ecstatic at the opportunity to help her, but that never went anywhere. Or after he was kidnapped. Reaper saw it as an opportunity to escape his family without repercussions because he was taken against his will, but then had no problem with recording a video to prove to his family he was fine and left on purpose.
Some of the spicy scenes were decent, but others were bland. The most egregious was when the three MCs finally had sex together, and it was only told from one perspective, even when that character wasn't a participant. Most of it was just summarized and never shown to the reader, which is a big let down for a RH book.
More than anything though, I just couldn't stand Heather. She wasn't badass or liberated, she was obnoxious and immature. She used a lot of derogatory language directed at women and adult entertainers, while she (and the author) waxed on about misogyny in other mafia romance book. She whined so much, and frequently acted and spoke in a childish manner.
Heather was also a moron. How the hell she took the flimsy evidence she found and convinced herself that Reaper was Missy's killer is a mystery. And she was so certain she was willing the kill him for it. Then there was how she couldn't put 2 and 2 together to figure out Wraith was Atlus, despite noticing they had a similar build, the same piercings, and said the same exact things. Like Jesus Christ girl, you interacted with both of them within a few hours of each other.
So yeah, this is a miss for me and I won't be continuing the trilogy. Such a shame when the concept and characters had such potential.

Wraith & Wrath is part one of Heaven, Wraith, and Reaper’s story. While it sits midway through a wider series, it works surprisingly well as its own contained arc — I hadn’t read the earlier books and never felt lost.

This book might have had a bit of a slow start, but once it picked up, I was fully hooked. Kidnapping the Mafia Boss is an entertaining, wild ride that had me laughing, swooning, and flipping pages to see what happened next. Tierney Storer’s writing is super engaging, and the concept was such a fun twist on the typical mafia romance—flipping the kidnapping trope in a way I didn’t expect but absolutely loved.
Is this a literary masterpiece? Absolutely not. But is it an absolute blast to read? 100% yes.
Wrath/Atlas is really who dug into me first and kept me picking this book back up. He was perfect from the beginning, even if he's technically a stalker. I mean, he breaks in just to make sure the object of his obsession is fed, house is clean, and her bills are paid. Who wouldn't swoon over that? New book boyfriend officially unlocked.
Heather (aka Heaven) ended up reluctantly winning me over, which is rare for me. When it comes to female leads, I’m not usually a fan of the dumb helpless stripper character, but she has such fantastic banter and, lets be real, she’s the perfect fit for this trio.
Let’s not forget about the books namesake, the mafia boss… with golden retriever energy? Hilarious and oddly charming. The banter between the three of them had me squealing and kicking my feet—no shame. Although I would have liked to see his role, be a little bit stronger. I’m really looking forward to seeing more of him and his personality come out in the next book.
I’ll definitely be picking up the second book in this duology—I have to know if Heather gets her vengeance and if our “unknown“ ends up being who I think it is.

Was asked to read the revamped version of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I went in blind not knowing what to expect only knowing that it was a mafia dark romcom book. I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. I read it in one sitting ,super easy read really flowed well. The pacing was good. The dynamics of the characters is fantastic. I think that’s what really lent to me liking this book so much. All three of the characters were charming and
Endearing and made the reader fall in love with them. You were hoping that this throuple was going to be a success. I don’t want to give too much away. I don’t like reviews like that. No spoilers here the ending left me a little bit on the edge cause now I gotta see if the next book is rewritten and out and available because I need to know . I will recommend this book to all of my book groups. It’s super fun. It’s witty the banter is good. I would’ve liked maybe a little more spice. Cause I’m a hoe for the spice. I don’t know if this is a dark romance. for me, dark romances are brutal and guttural and dark, and this didn’t have that dark aspect to me. Yeah there was a kidnapping and some drugging and then there was off page talk about her friends, murder, and why she was seeking revenge, but that to me is just the human aspect of it so not really sure if this is a dark romance, but it’s a good book and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys that golden retriever stalker mmc trope s well as the failed miserably kidnapper of our FMC and a mafia boss who’s kind of a nice guy you definitely should read this and will enjoy it

I really enjoyed this book, it was such a fun, spicy shorter read. It’s follow 3 main characters. Heaven/Heather the FMC, Wraith/Atlas, the hitman stalker & Reaper/Giovanni the mafia boss. Atlas has been stalking heaven for 2 years but does so much to help her out that she doesn’t care 🤣 After her best friend is murdered and signs are pointing to Giovanni, Heaven along with Atlas’s help decided to kidnap Giovanni & torture him to a confession! First of all the storyline of the Mafia boss being the one kidnapped is so good! Also Heaven was the worst kidnapper/ torturer ever, she was too kind, and the sight of blood made her sick 🤣🤣
I loved Heaven, one of the lines in the book ‘a 26 year old teenager’ had me howling because that’s how I feel 🤣 I loved her relationship with Atlas even though he was her stalker and also Giovanni who she had secret feelings for!
Atlas was my favourite character in this book, he’s a hit man for hire who had a bad upbringing. I do wish that we go to see more of his upbringing because it sounds so interesting! He would literally do anything for Heaven! He was actually so sweet as well as very dominating!
Giovanni has had feelings for Heaven for years and although he could have escaped anytime decides to stay and help Heaven! He even gave her tips to help torture him 🤣 I would have also liked more about his background!
I did not see the reveal coming at the end! Also I like that this book can be read as a stand-alone but also a sequel is being released so that if you want you can carry on the story which I will be!

I will preface this by saying I went in not expecting much. I am one of the very few people I know who wasn't a fan of Lights Out and I thought this would be very similar.
First off, it's better written. I thought it was funny without being cringy, and the characters were endearing without trying too hard to be seen as 'great people' like some of the more popular titles with similar vibes.
Second, I actually vibed with the FMC, which is rare. Heather/Heaven is ditzy, unapologetic, and at times had a laugh-out-loud thought process ("If I couldn't see the bad decisions, did I really make them? Maybe the universe would look away while I gave a lap dance to a psychopath") ("And yes, I can suck the d*** of a man I hate. You know why? Because I am an adult.")
Dark Romance tropes are acknowledged and laughed at (there is a certain scene with a knife handle that seems very referential) but in a way that helps the reader relate to Heather, consumer of spicy reads, rather than puts you off the spice scenes.
And the spice is spicing! I was a big fan of Wraith (who doesn't secretly want a stalker who does their housework and cooks for them? It can't just be me) and I really enjoyed Reaper's POV chapters.
All in all, a short fun read with plenty of spice and plot for fans of both! A great dark comedy that I'm actually really glad I discovered - and it's the 6th in an interconnected series (and continues in another 2-3 books) so now I have a bunch more to read.
I can see fans of Navessa Allan and Brynne Weaver really enjoying Wraith and Wrath if they give it a go!

What a great idea for a twist on the standard mafia captive/kidnapping trope. Heaven wants revenge for the murder of her best friend, Missy, and all evidence points to the killer being Giovanni de Luca. So, she decides to kidnap and torture him until he confesses his crime, all with the help of her stalker. Wraith, who is more than willing to help the object of his obsession, thinking this is finally his chance to show her how he feels. But he’s not the only one who wants to make Heaven his. There were lots of laugh out laugh moments that had me chuckling throughout this book, like when Heaven realizes she can’t drive a stick shift with her “victim” in the boot, or when Gio tells her how to hit him or what she was doing wrong when she tried to waterboard him. However, Wraith/Atlas was my favorite of the three characters. He was bossy and possessive with a tantalizingly air of mystery, seamlessly slipping between both his personas. The sparks flying in that isolated cabin were scorching, with no one opposed to a bit of three-way action, though Wraith always called the shots. There’s only one sore point I want to mention and that’s although this is theoretically a standalone (with a HFN ending), there is one important plot line that leaves you hanging. So, if you want to know what happens to Missy’s killer, you have no choice but to read the next book in the series.

The author was looking for reviewers online, and as soon as I saw this listed as a stalker romcom, I knew I had to read it. It was giving Lights Out vibes, only with more humor. Sign me up!
It’s not a grand piece of literature, but if you go in looking for a good time, you are going to find it. The characters are over the top and often ridiculous in their actions. Heaven - Heather - is a stripper hellbent on revenge against the mob boss who runs the club she works at and who she believes killed her best friend. Giovanni is madly in love with Heaven and wants to escape his family, so he lets himself be kidnapped. And then there is Wraith - Heaven’s masked stalker who is helping her enact her master plan. What ensues is hilarious chaos.
It was a fun and fast-paced read. Heather is ditzy but endearing. Both men act all big and scary in public but are honestly just totally smitten cinnamon rolls when it comes to their Heaven. They have it so bad! So much pining! It was kind of endearing, honestly, that they can make stalking and murder sound so sweet.
“Look, was he waving another red flag? Sure. But did it bother me? Not really. Red was one of my favorite colors.”
If you want a silly, spicy MMF read, this is the book for you! Beware, it does end on a cliffhanger, though.

The concept was great, but execution was not it for me.
I'm sure it is supposed to be funny at time.
The writing was immature, from the slang to the things she said.
Like constantly calling Gio/Reaper, her hostage, a bitch or loser.
While getting fucked with a knife she is thinking about stupid things.
For example: She wanted him to tell her his name. He basically said call me anything you want.
Her response "You're the second person to tell me that today, and at first it was hot, but now I'm thinking that it's just a fuck boy thing. Are you a fuck boy?"
Then they go on to talk about what a fuck boy is and how she learned the word, all the while he is slipping the handle inside.

This was such a fun book! And the spice! Whoo! You think this is going to be your typical mafia, gangster book, and I love those, but this turns that on it's head. Heaven (Heather) is a stripper and she is funny, crazy, a bit unhinged and has a deep appreciation for her stalker of 2 years. He looks out for her, cooks her food, and does her laundry (with the good stuff, not the cheap stuff!). When she decides that she needs to kidnap the mob boss of the city for revenge, he is right there to help drive the getaway car (she can't drive a stick) and torture when needed (blood makes her sick). But what happens when the mob boss is innocent and she may be a bit in love with him? Her stalker is right there to help her with her emotional crisis.
This book was so funny, I laughed out loud. It had some really spicy parts in it, that were great and very well written! This is a new to me author and I did not realize when I read this that there are more books in the series before this one. It's easy to read as a stand alone, but it might have been better had I read the others first. I don't know. I read this book in one day, and could not stop picking my Kindle back up again and again. I think that the whole series would be super fun to read, and I am planning on following this author for more! 4.5 stars and would recommend if you need a spicy, but funny book!
This book was so funny, I laughed out loud. It had some really spicy parts in it, that were great and very well written! This is a new to me author and I did not realize when I read this that there are more books in the series before this one. It's easy to read as a stand alone, but it might have been better had I read the others first. I don't know. I read this book in one day, and could not stop picking my Kindle back up again and again. I think that the whole series would be super fun to read, and I am planning on following this author for more! 4.5 stars and would recommend if you need a spicy, but funny book!

I had so much fun with Wraith & Wrath. Tierney Storer delivers a chaotic dark romcom that had me laughing, grinning, and occasionally going “what the hell just happened” in the best way.
Heaven is such a great FMC. She’s sweet, bubbly, a dancer with pure ADHD chaos energy, and absolutely terrible at the revenge plot she’s determined to pull off. Watching her attempt to kidnap the local gang boss is honestly hilarious. Zero upper body strength but maximum determination. The gang boss being way too relaxed about being tied to a chair just makes the whole situation even better.
Then there’s Wraith. The ghost mask wearing stalker with golden retriever energy who also happens to be a deadly hacker assassin. His obsessive devotion mixed with that eager to please vibe is chef’s kiss. The tension between the three of them builds into some very spicy moments, and the banter and dark humour land really well.
I love how the book leans fully into the chaos without losing the suspense. The revenge plot keeps things moving and the hints of found family and why choose dynamics have me very curious for what comes next.
If you like dark romcoms with unhinged MMCs, chaotic failed crimes, high spice, and a FMC who is endearingly bad at being a villain, this one is such a fun read. Fun, filthy, and seriously addictive.

This was such a chaotic, entertaining read that had me hooked on the concept alone. A heroine taking matters into her own hands to deal with her best friend’s death? A stalker that cleans her house? Immediately intriguing, immediately messy. Heaven is impulsive, a little reckless, and constantly in over her head, but that’s what makes her so engaging to follow. The dynamic between the characters adds a lot of tension and unpredictability, and I loved how unhinged and oddly funny some of the situations were. It definitely leans into that dark-but-not-too-heavy vibe, and I found myself laughing more than I expected.
That said, it didn’t completely come together for me. The pacing felt uneven, especially in the first half where it dragged and repeated itself a bit before things really picked up. Some timeline and character details didn’t fully line up, which pulled me out of the story at times, and a few of the plot choices felt a little far-fetched or underdeveloped. The writing itself also felt a bit rough in places and could have used some tightening. Overall though, I still had a fun time with it. It’s chaotic, dramatic, and easy to binge if you’re in the mood for something wild and not taking itself too seriously.

I loved this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. The title of this book caught my attention right away, because wait- who is getting kidnapped? Yeah, that I have to see. And we don't have some badass superwoman here who can pull off kidnappings and take-out-all-the-men-who-come-at-her type of girl. All the character tropes this author twists around into something else that's different and unique, and I loved every bit of it!
I could say I was most drawn to Atlas (Wraith). What stalker breaks in and does your laundry (my most hated chore- so yes please!), cleans, and leaves you meals? And heroine Heather (Heaven) knows about him, but needs and likes being taken care of, so she's happy to have her stalker. Even our mafia boss Giovanni (Reaper) was not what you'd expect. I loved the dynamic and chemistry between the three of them. Honestly this book made me smile more often than not.
I also loved the character guide, pronunciation, and information list at the beginning, the diagrams, and the list of other books tied to this one. This is my first book by the author and I can't wait for the second (hopefully it'll come out sooner than next year); but in the meantime I think I will check out the other books. 5 stars.

Firstly, let me preface this by saying it was a relatively fun and easy read. It definitely has the potential to be a really good book!
Pros:
-The cover is cute
-The chapter header colors are nice
-The character intro in the beginning is great
-There were a couple times I did laugh
-The premise is really interesting
Cons:
-There were a lot of grammatical and punctuation errors that made some sentences awkward
-Overall the plot and characterizations were weak because it felt like maybe the author couldn’t decide on whether to further the plot or make a joke, leading to both falling flat
-The fmc’s entire personality was that she had adhd and was a spicy dancer
-The spice itself was overrun with the fmc’s unrelated babbling/thoughts that made it hard to connect with the scenes
-The repetition (that she loves having a stalker, that she’s such a sl*t, that she hates men but they’re just so pretty sometimes, etc)
-Other things like the characters being fluent in “sign language”—are we talking ASL or what, there are plenty of different ones so it’s best to be specific.
I’m sure there are more points for both columns, but tldr I did enjoy reading, I just wish it had been more streamlined and that the characters were fleshed out to feel less like caricatures.

It’s part of Storer’s Gangsters Paradise series but stands strong on its own, mixing the tension of a mafia thriller with the irreverence of a rom-com gone wrong and right in all the best ways! You could never be mad at your stalker when they do your laundry and cook for you, can you?
I absolutely LIVE for the humor and banter between each of the characters, which includes I enjoy having each of their perspectives as well. I can say this is definitely a story about broken people finding love in chaos. It’s fast, funny, emotional, and unapologetically unhinged. I didn’t want to put it down and THAT cliff hanger was nastyyyy girl (in a good way). It is a perfect pick for readers who enjoy messy, morally grey romance with epic spice and heartfelt moments. I can say I felt that I personally needed extra details and more teasing explanations of each characters backgrounds to fully grasp me when it comes to a first book in a series.. BUT .. Other than that I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOKS TO SEE WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT! ✨
