Gray’s World -- The Empire encounters a world where their technology doesn’t work. Jonathan Gray wants to study the planet to learn why, but the Empire has other ideas, including war and conquest.
Telescopevision -- George Zyberg, an astrophysicist, invents a telescope that lets him see the events on a mirror planet that is several days ahead of our own. Using it he tips off the police about the robbery of the Central Bank, making local gangsters very angry.
Carbon Footprint -- In the effort to combat global warming and greenhouse gases, researchers develop a new form of algae and a synthetic material to grow it on. It is widely adopted. Months later reports of strange monsters surface. Is there a connection?
Mission to Centauri B -- Humans from Earth make first contact with the inhabitants of Centauri B, but for some reason much of the crew becomes drunk after making contact. Only quick action can untangle why.
Return to Gray’s World -- The exploration of the strange alien world QJZ is complete but what has been learned makes no sense. The Empire dismisses this intelligence and moves against it. Will they succeed this time to conquer the world or regret it?
The Next Big Idea -- Masterson Technology has invented much of the technology the world uses. But its founder and inventor is dead. The new CEO must now invent something new or watch the company go out of business.
A Day in Court -- Rhonda is assigned to live on the first Earth colony. She does not want to go. Only a hearing before a magistrate keeps her from leaving her home forever.
Timekeepers -- Nero goes back in time to record an historic event but is hurt. He must now try to return to his own time without changing history as he knows it.
Rich Feitelberg is a fantasy author and poet. Author of the fantasy series, the Aglaril Cycle, he has written both fiction and non-fiction for many years. Prior to starting his novel writing, Rich wrote plays, poetry, biographical anecdotes, blog posts, and instructional text. More recently he began to chronicle the history of comic books.
Rich is an avid map collector and believes all books benefit from a map. In former lives, Rich was a web site designer, a freelance technical consultant, and and a technical writer. He grew up on a steady diet of comic books, science fiction, and fairy tales of all kinds and has been weaving his own tales since elementary school.
