Regardless of how grown up we feel and present ourselves in many aspects of our lives, our child feelings and behavioral patterns deeply impact our daily lives, especially where emotions come into play. We may act as adults, but we feel like children. And yet we all come with an inner vision into this world, a very specific and unique potential that wants to unfold through us during the course of our lives. But through our internal life struggles, we often forget it and lose touch with it. Using the Life Integration Process, Wilfried Nelles introduces a constellation method to help us see and feel our life's inner vision and thereby guide us to our psychological maturity and adulthood.
This should be an essay on his webpage not a 15-dollar book. It rambles on with little structure and references, which even for this short book wears one out.
The substance: bringing a developmental view back to Bert Hellinger's approach to systems. Yes, there are a few insights, albeit not too fleshed out ones.
P.S. I vehemently disagree with most Nelles writes about trauma. Certainly the onus is correct, but almost all details.. like the rest of the book, it's sloppy. Almost as if the author wasn't German!
It has some very good points. In order for someone to read it, one should have had at least an introduction to the practice of constellation. This will help greatly in understanding the content of the book.
