This series is getting slightly ridiculous now. Unfortunately I will probably have to keep reading until the end, but won't be rushing to read and further series this author may write

After the last two books leaving us more confused than satisfied this one almost got back on the high level from the first books.
The story was quite unsettling at some times ( the loony bin, gaslighting Annie in thinking she is crazy, the whole corruption ). I really enjoyed the story and I actually finished it in one sitting.
The only point why I don't give 5 stars ( even though I loved it ) is because of the end. We still haven't untangled everything and I think it will be again some books of "why, what, where are they, etc" which I'm not looking forward. Because to be honest I like only Annie of her family, the others are not quite as interesting as intended and quite frankly annoying as hell.
I'd rather read again more about Swift, Tink, Page, Robins and gruesome murders than delving into Annie's family.

Outstanding
Excellent crime thriller. Even better than watching a movie, so thrilling, kept me on the edge of my seat. Brilliant story from beginning to end. I loved all the characters, but I can't wait to read next in the series.

another page turner
Well this was certainly different, yes a twist but not as I had hope for family being reunited. Brought some things together for Annie and Mim but I am off to get the next edition to get back to a better book and twists.

Well, what a book! Book 10 and the back story that runs through the series is no where near finished. Can't wait for book 11!

Dreadful
I don’t know why I even bothered to finish this. At times it was so bad it was like reading an episode of Scooby Doo. Total nonsense.

First one of this series I didn’t enjoy. Not sure why. Maybe just put it down to me having an off day?

Another brilliant book that has your heart thumping and your nerves on edge as you near the end, each book I've read so far in this series has been totally gripping.
