This book seems to adhere to moderate drinking. However, the World Health Organization finds that no amount of alcohol is good/healthy. Statistically almost 1/3 of drinkers are heavy drinkers in the US. "The alcohol-attributable mortality was heaviest among men, accounting for 2 million deaths compared to 600 000 deaths among women, in 2019" (WHO). Not a good book for people that need to rid of this behavior. I myself have experienced the chaos that comes with it. You don't drink alcohol, alcohol drinks you.
