I’ve always known there was a monster living inside me that needed to be released. When they took my best friend, that monster began to rear its ugly head. But they haven’t seen the real me yet, not until now.

My brother was an honor student with an eidetic memory, often called a genius. He was the hope of our family and was murdered senselessly because he stood up to his bully.

I will make the Dragon Crew pay for their sins. My name is Ciara and I’m not afraid to die.

Carolee is a passionate writer whose life revolves around creating a world she can revert to when life gets in the way.

She always knew she would be a writer. Her teachers and the school librarian noticed her knack for story telling from an early age. With their encouragement, she continued to allow her imagination to come to life.

She spent most of her adult life dreaming of writing her own novels while working a 9 to 5 job. With determination, she quit her job and now concentrates on writing full time.

Writing is her passion and without it she feels incomplete. Carolee writes from her heart, from her soul.

In addition to writing, there are absolutely four things she cannot live without; chocolate, good ice-cream, cheesecake, and coffee.

They under estimated her

Just because Vista was a woman, almost everyone underestimated her. She had more balls and intellect than the men. She stealthily and courageously got herself out of jams. Plus she was well skilled. They killed the wrong brother. Just when they thought hey had everything figured out, everything goes back to who kidnapped Alesandro. With the mystery solved Vista and Luca got their happy for now and not their HEA. Ciara was afraid if losing another person she loved.

Great Read

This was a great read. It was too emotional for me, because I lost my younger brother and those feelings came back. Although my emotions were all over the place, I do love the relationship between Luca and Ciara. He is what Ciara needs. My only question now is how did Blaze and Makena (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) meet?

Waited a while for this book

I enjoyed this book very much, I’m so sorry about Corey. Ciera is one bad B**ch! Love her and her relationship with Luca. Disappointed, because I want more of them!! I hope there is another book in the not too distant future.

Loved it

I loved Cira story. I'm sorry that she had hard time. Luca was right by her side to get the bad guys. I would love more in this series.

Good

A good if somewhat restrained plot. I was just waiting for more, but could not define what. I enjoy this authors work but just felt this book fell short.

I love this forthright couple, her feistiness and strength. Action packed, tear-jerker, she's very independent and stubborn but giving up isn't an option for either of them.
