He was once a Spy

Rate this book
A fast paced action thriller set in the backdrop of the recent serial bomb blasts in the suburban trains of Mumbai. Special agent R.S. Srikant, is an operative of a very special department, who is sent to Mumbai to identify and eliminate known terrorists, connected with the serial blasts. His is like an extra judicial execution. In Mumbai, he meets a pretty Kashmiri girl Shabnam. Shabnam is a victim of exploitation, and now a hardcore terrorist and a killer. It would be Srikant’s job, to kill Shabnam, but he is not able to do so, because he finds that he is in love with her. A spy should not fall in love, but if he does, then he should not fall for a female terrorist. You could well imagine the complications of such a union! Amjad is a killer, who spikes people and leaves them impaled like butterflies. He is a puppet master, to whom Shabnam is a slave. And unless Srikant kills Amjad, he can not rescue her! But the trouble was that, Amjad was out to kill Srikant instead. A hilarious action thriller, which would score high on its “page-turnability-factor”. It traces the story of R.S. Srikant, from an ace spy, to an apple farmer, and then a budding novelist.
