This beautifully produced book did exactly what it said it would do [see description]. Plentifully illustrated, logically laid out, and written in an interesting and readable fashion. It has some technical parts but does not get bogged down so much in them that a layman would be intimidated or discouraged.

An excellent explanation of eclipses based on the creationist/Genesis view of the creation of the universe by Jesus Christ. Explains how Jesus positioned the moon just so, and made it just the right size, so that we on Earth can view total eclipses of the sun and all sorts of other eclipses. Includes a glossary and a bibliography.
