Want to be Super at Sixty? I did , and I am. I started as fat, feeble and fifty- then over two years changed into Super at Sixty. Inside this book you will find a one page guideline; a short section about tips, and then the Blogs I wrote as I learned, and in some cases - unlearned. I went from a 5 foot six inch, 248 lb, 48 inch waist, and a resting pulse of 84 - to 200 lbs, 39 inch waist, and a resting pulse of 56. Good numbers, and they are getting better. No magic bullet. It took almost two years; and I just started Phase II of Super at Sixty in January. I had to learn how to separate my need from my wants. My impulses from my habits, and my mind from negative thoughts. It was simple, but it sure as heck, wasn't easy. I had to learn to love me. That sound counter intuitive, but, I knew how to love, I didn't know how to love. Yep. I had to learn to visit my past, but not live there anymore. I found out who "They" were, and I no longer listen to them. I relay stories, experiences, and tips I have picked up on my journey of becoming Super at Sixty. Not Superman. Just me, at my best. My best for me at my age, and abilities. I love life, and passion is back in my vocabulary. It could be in yours too. Just take a look. You will find stories of sunsets, tips on how to clear your mind, stories of friendship and change. Love is everywhere in this book, since being Super at Sixty would be impossible without it.
