There's no way that any book in this series could deserve less than 5 stars. The books are so much fun to read, and they are so well written with never a detail lost. Sometimes I just have to laugh aloud when a non-knowing person, who is not a medium wanders by, and sees a child floating in air, etc (being carried by a ghost, of course).
This book perhaps had a less complicated plot than some of the others, but nevertheless there was plenty of activity going on, both with the mediums and the ghosts. In this case, there were two new ghosts who saw the error of their ways during their lives and were afraid to move on and face any punishment. One of the ghosts was known to the reader from a previous book, and the other one was new- with his own agenda.
Add in the confusion at Marlow House with infant twins, neighbors Lily and Ian living there with their toddler while their house was being remodeled before Lily has a new baby- and the baby being born 3 weeks early- and you have a lot of activity.
I wish these books could be written quicker!!!
