Motorcycle club, tatted bikers, high stakes, criminal organizations, spice, kick booty FMC and an HEA….seriously what more do you need?
So Brooklyn is my indie author spotlight this week and I dove into Dead Man’s Curse only knowing it was a motorcycle club romantic suspense. Guys when I tell you I was hooked into her writing and her universe 30% in …I cannot wait for more in this series and so excited I have more to binge.

I enjoyed this book by Brooklyn Kerr. Brooklyn is an amazing person and writer. I feel this story was amazing. Brooklyn has the talent to write an action scenes as well as spicy scenes. There are tough topics talked in this book which Brooklyn has trigger warning available. Even within the book she deals with this sensitive topics in a delicate, healing way.
I enjoyed how amazing Felicia was a young girl who can defend herself, with a traumatic past she learns to cope while facing a life/death situation. And Jagger, also with a traumatic past, who is kind, caring, a bit of a flirt and amazing hero.
Excited to follow the Diablo series with the amazing vigilante motorcycle group as Dead Man’s Metal. Which each book takes on a new member from Dead Man’s Metal all trying to take down Diablo.

I received this book as part of a traveling book club, and it was a delightful surprise. Since I haven’t read many MC romances, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well, I think I’ve officially entered my MC era! This book was fast-paced and full of action, with a cast of yummy, tattooed bikers. However, it’s important to note that this is a dark MC, so be prepared for some really heavy themes and trauma. Of course, there’s also a romance, so you get all the lovey-dovey goodness. And when the spice hits, it’s going to make you sweat! This is the first book in a book series series, and each book focuses on a new couple while continuing the story from this one. I’m excited to dive deeper into this world. As always, make sure you’re comfortable with what you’re reading. I can’t wait to send this book on to next book bestie. Happy reading♥️

Found this author by chance, and the title and cover caught my eye.
The story flowed well, loved the villain, although it makes me wonder if she's getting a book...
The biker gang works really well. Both sides are ruthless, just what you want when the stakes are high.
There are great details such as the skull shard, the Vigilantes, and the prison being used as a base etc. It all really adds to the intrigue.
Felicia and Jagger work well together as a couple with excellent backstories.
I definitely need a Foxtrot book as well as Viper's! They were definitely my favourites. One being the grumpy army type, the other just absolutely armed and ready to fight.
Overall, I much enjoyed this and would very happily continue the series.

I started this book with the anticipation of it being good, I did not start it expecting to be completely blown away. I am in love with every single part of this book! I finished it in less than 12 hours- only a short nap in between because my eyes were crossing- I had to wake up and immediately finish it!
“I didn’t know if I believed in love, but I sure as fuck believed in the magic she created.”
When I tell you I am completely obsessed! The characters have my whole heart and I there was a way I could go live in The Cove, I’d do it without thinking twice. A book with the feel of a thriller has never made me want to go live in that world- until this one!

I know people say this all the time when they enjoy a book, but I truly couldn’t put Dead Man’s Curse down— I finished it in just a day and a half! This story had me hooked from start to finish and has quickly become one of my favorite reads of the year.

Wow is all I can say. This book had me hooked from the beginning. This book was packed full with action. It all starts at a frat house party. Diablo try’s to take the FMC but another gang called Dead Man’s Metal rides by and sees she needs help. And when they rescue her all hell breaks loose. The character growth and the relationship between the FMC and MMC was great. I loved how they both had trauma and the way Jagger knew how to help her through the panic attacks was sweet. This book had me on the edge the whole time. Kinda give me Sons of Anarchy vibes. I really enjoyed the story and all the characters. If you like a good biker romance with a dark side then this book is for you.

This was such a good suspenseful romance that kept me guessing throughout the entire book. I really loved Felicia and Jagger together, they were the perfect pairing. Jagger is swoon worthy from start to finish with his personality and big heart. ❤️I also enjoyed getting

Spicy, explosive, bad guys, badder guys
Felicia and Jagger meet under extraordinary circumstances. I wondered if they would survive right up until the end. Some of their choices made me want to give them a good talking to and I’m sure the other characters tried. There was some good spice, some bikers and guys who really wanted to just help people. I liked the story and look forward to the next.

Hot motorcycle guys that seek justice on their own, need I say more. I don't know how long I've had this book before I finally got around to reading it or why I waited so long to read it. This book is full of romance, action, and lots of spice. It's also one of those books you just can't put down once you start reading it.
Felicia and Jaggers story is addicting and the more you read, the more you want to know. I absolutely loved this book and can't wait to read the rest of them.

This was a fantastic start into the dark side of Taylor ridge! Action packed and full force! Dutchess and Jagger were an incredible pairing of insta lust, safety and devotion in their plans to over cone the devil and save each other and their family blood or not. Incredible!

A fast paced action story of heart wrenching drama and some spice. The main characters are fully formed and dimensional you become invested in their lives. The MC's struggles because of their pasts help bond them make these characters real.

I really liked this book. Not quite a MC romance but it was unique and different. I enjoyed both leading characters. It does have an hea but also leads into the storyline for the next book.

This book was not your Average MC HEA.
It had everything from action, spicy heat, FMC's with serious skills and men who would literally step in front of trains for their women.

It was incredible!
Reading this book felt like watching a very well filmed and addictive TV show... when you can't stop watching it, though, your brain is getting tired. I absorbed it in less than 2 days. Fast paced, packed with action, but still really deep and emotional. Wonderful read! 😁

A great read, suspense was up there. Only gave it a 4 star instead of a five because him calling her "good girl" during the deed after her trauma just didn’t sit well with me. Other than that, exceptional read. Off to read book two without pause.

Thrilling and sexy!
Whew! What a ride. If you want a spicy action story this is it! Felicia and Jagger are amazing and some of the best fight scenes I’v ever read. Kerr has the ability to capture your attention and hold it page after page. Must read.

Brooklyn writes a steamy morally gray characters. Jagger….ahhhh…he’s one of my all time favorites. Brooklyn dives into darker themes of personal struggle while offering hope. It was a great start to the series and I can’t wait to read more.
