This book is a great resource if you’re raising kids and teens, or even understanding feeling as an adult! It has very heavy topics and examples throughout it, and can be triggering to read at time, especially if you are reaching for this as some guidance to a tough situation within your family. The author is also incredibly helpful when I first reached out to her on tik tok, with navigating a situation I wasn’t prepared for! I truly hope if you choose to reach for this book it’s to get a better understanding of kids and teens and the struggles they have, vs actually coping and navigating the topics in this book. However if you find yourself in a rut with no one to turn to in navigating those tough topics and situations I 100% believe this book would be helpful!
