THis book like all of Rachel Allen books is full of easy to accomplish dishes. She really dose take the scariness out of cooking and baking. From this book the biggest winners were her Lemon Tart, which is so simple and delicious and also the Korean beef with Avacado Rice was fantastic. I have made a lot more recipes from this book and they all work out just as she describes. There are some interesting articles about things like Tea and choosing wine and other useful tips. I may be a bit bias when it comes to reviewing Rachel Allen books because i like all of them but this book is truly worth buying and having fun with the recipes!

Particularly love the Korean Beef with Avocado Rice. Really easy and tastes better than a take-away.
