Enjoyed the quick read, thanks for putting it together!
You won't find lots of information that you can't find online, but I had multiple Aha! moments where you get the chance to actually dive deep and find more about the demography of your area, the seasonal events that bring more turists and the likes. Also liked the mention of taxes and the possibility that different countries may have tax exempt profits for renting your room or house up to a certain number.
