I served with Dr. Rogers for 9 years at Bellevue Baptist Church, and though I'd heard a little about his Merritt Island years, I had no idea what a remarkable 8 years those were. This book is much more than a biography. It's a book about biblical leadership and overall Christian growth. Every Christian and every pastor will benefit greatly from it.

Church leaders will be inspired and informed by Moon Port Pastor. Parts I and III are as highly applicable to ministry today as they were in the 60s and 70s. Part II is a historical account of church history that demonstrates the ministry of this Man of God. You will be blessed!

There will never be another Dr. Adrian Rogers. This books recounts his early years of life, and if you love him, you’ll love this. I could re-read this book over and over again, and find new details of his amazing leadership and the faith he lived out. Excellent read!
