We've had this one for a while, but I just read it to Caroline. I think it's important in telling the story of Easter not to gloss over anything, even at a young age, but to tell the story with the age and understanding of the audience in mind and this version does just that. The text is simple and straightforward and the illustrations are wonderful.

Great illustrations and a great story. This was a good book that told a little in a few words. Held the attention my four and five year old well.
