Rate this book
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.2 Timothy 3:1Mason Lot’s group has found refuge in the Appalachian Mountains and managed to survive the Great Tribulation’s first wave of destruction known as the Seven Seal Judgments. However, things will only get harder from here.Across the globe, austere conditions push people into desperation. Led by starvation and base instincts, many regress into savagery, raiding and marauding to find sustenance. The mountain town of Bryson City, North Carolina is no different. Mason’s group is violently attacked by a group of predatory prowlers. When the smoke of battle clears, the path forward becomes even more obscured. One of the attackers turns out to be a relative of Billy Abernathy, the young man from Redemption Ranch who brought the group to his grandmother’s farm in Bryson City.Even if they find a way through the tension and conflict caused by the group’s latest addition, they’ll have seven trumpet judgments to endure. Blood, hail, and fire will rain down from the heavens, alien creatures will torment the planet, and a global war will annihilate a third of Earth’s remaining population. Some members of Mason’s group will not survive the Almighty’s barrage of wrath. But in the planet’s final hours, living to suffer another day is no great prize.Don’t miss this gut-wrenching account of the end times. Jump into the adventure today! As with all works by Mark Goodwin, this book contains no profanity and no embarrassing sex scenes. However, if you're offended by conservative principles and references to Scripture, this book might not be for you.

Absolutely wonderful series so far!
It’s amazing how blind & deceived humanity is to GOD’s truth. He gave us His directions in the Holy Bible and yet the majority does believe in it. I’m so blessed that I’m forgiven through Yeshua HaMashiach. I am the most unworthy of all humanity yet El Shaddai (GOD Almighty) still loves me and offered me salvation.
I was by far worse than Mace Lot in this series but so thankful that YHWH hates the sin but loves the sinner and offers us more than one chance to accept His Son, Jesus Christ. Unlike Mace Lot I accepted Christ more than once and then walked away more than once! I’m so thankful He never gave up on me and brought me back to Him.
I grew up believing in the pre-tribulation rapture but I’m now questioning mainstream’s seminary teaching on this subject. I’m wondering if it is indeed a John Nelson Darby & CI Scofield 1800’s teaching. No matter what you believe it doesn’t determine if I’m heaven bound or not and it doesn’t take all the sweet goodness of GOD’s love portrayed in this series.

Enjoyed the story

The story is well written and follows Biblical teachings as far as prophecy is concerned. The only negative I have is the lack of Christian charity. The answer to any danger from others is kill them. Jesus died so all might be saved. There were times, such as during the locusts when Mason could have offered hope and care, but he was only concerned with getting what he wanted and retreating to the farm.
I enjoyed the story but would like to see more Love of Christ.

COMPLETELY INVOLVED!

What an amazing story! I get that it is fiction but I got to tell you, this Author makes me desire to be a better Christian. The plot is perfectly executed, the characters and their emotions, mannerisms, desires, fears all come through the pages like the reader is right next to them. I am so glad I discovered Mark Goodwin’s awesome stories! Highly recommend.

Great read

I recently took a road trip from New Mexico to St Louis, MO. I was surprised to find that many public venues were cashless. Would not accept cash. I really didn't think that would happen so soon. Well, it has, best advice, as stated in this story, you'd best have items of value to barter with. Cash is no longer king, neither are those sleeves of gold and silver coins people bought. Praise God always!

Eye opening presentation of the Tribulation

I have heard and read the biblical account of this terrible seven year period for over fifty years, and only after reading this book have I realized the severity of the coming suffering for the unsaved. Believers, do yourself and friends their greatest favor, and acquaint yourself with the horrors that will inevitably occur on this earth to the unsaved. Please read this series of The Days of Lot!

End Times Are Here!

And the saga continues with the trumpet judgements. The main characters next are going to face God's wrath with the bowl judgements in book number 3. Mark Goodwin uses Bible prophesy every chapter. End times are not just coming...they are already here. I pray y'all reading this series know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior...🙏❤️

Good book!

This one was even better then the first! I'm loving all the tribulation books, its all I read besides my Bible. This series so far is easy to follow and gives a different point of view of what the last days will be like.

Interesting follow-up to the first book in The Days of Lot series. This book was a bit more intense than some of Goodwin’s other books, but I couldn’t put it down. It helped me think about my own actions and relationship with God.

The series is very interesting and you might lose track of time while reading.

A lot to think about, both lessons of scripture and preparedness.

The author’s commentary at the start of Volume One alone is worth the purchase price.

Volumes 2 & 3 seem less developed than Volume 1.

A good read and recommend.
