Kirja hyviä harjoituksia pullollaan, joita meinaan kokeilla.
Recomendo!
I borrowed this with the assumption it was about women’s hormones, linked to the female cycle, but was pleasantly surprised to learn it was about the other hormones in our body, that I don’t know much about. And it was a great read. I got a lot of information from it that I will take away and try to implement in my life. The biggest one was Dopamine, because of our current lifestyle and how we are all running on empty. Massive awakening there and focus on changing it. And noticing how children are all dopamine addicted. Rushing from one activity to the next without really savoring the moment and feeling grateful. Will be looking into this more.
