Melissa Adams is from the UK but was born in Italy and grew up between the two countries. Sheโs now UK based and her day job is connected her other huge passion after writing and reading: flying. She lived in the US and got herself a super hot Yankee husband who followed her back to Europe. Her obsessions: Yorkshire terriers and Norse gods! Sheโs often heard saying that she never trusts people who donโt love animals. Her passions have been reading and writing from an early age and her first adventure in writing was in journalism. Melissaโs stories focus on the romance, on character development and on the sensual aspect of love. Summer romance is her absolute first love but every story she writes has a mystery twist because life is nothing but a mystery. After the cliffy left from the last book, I was eager to dive back in with lula and her guys (and dont forget Napoleon) My word, what a roller-coaster from start to finish. The suspense and drama fully unfolded and even I (who's pretty good at guessing in "who done its") did NOT see that plot twist until it smacked me in the face and I am here for it. The ending felt nice and came to a satisfying conclusion to a fantastic series.
This is one is the best conclusions to a series I have read in a long time. The whole series had me on the edge of my seat but this book was a culmination of everything plus some unforeseen twists that made this conclusion even better. I loved the karma that was served and that Lula and her men got the ending they long deserved. The spice level was ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ. I am sad that itโs over but the ending was perfect and completely satisfying.

This series has been a crazy ride from start to finish. Lula and her guys have truly been put through the wringer in the previous books, and this final one was no exception. With several twists and unexpected turns, I wasnโt sure how Lulu and everyone would make it to the other side, but Melissa does not disappoint! I have truly enjoyed every book Iโve read of hers, and this one is no different. I canโt wait to see what her mind comes up with next!
I absolutely love a happy ending. I love a story that gives me that odd pain in my chest from feeling so much. This entire story did that. I gasped, EVAN! I laughed, my heart ached, and I loathed Tiffany the entire time. The justices in the story were so sweet. I only wish I had my own Napoleon!!
This series ended with a happily ever after (at least for most causeโฆ karma). Amongst the hectic side of trying to find what happened on the island while still dealing with previous issues, there were some surprising twists in this conclusion.
the bad guys get their due and FMC gets HEA. I am hooked on this author. easy, spicy, and action that hooks you the whole way. perfect summer escapes๐ฅฐ๐ฏ๐ฅ
This book was definitely a crazy conclusion to Lulaโs and her guysโ story. Some people got what was coming to them, and there were definitely some surprises along the way. Spicy with a great HEA. Loved it!
The end of Lulaโs story fills me with so much melancholy, although I am so happy her and her boys got the happy ending they so deserve. I have loved being in Lulaโs world with her boys, and I honestly could read about the sweet, fluffy moments between them all forever. Melissa has such a way of writing that draws you into the story, has you rooting for the main characters and absolutely hating the antagonists.
As always, all opinions are my own.
Please ignore how long it took me to finish this book, I have been suffering migraines which has meant Iโve been unable to read for most of the past 2 months.
SYNOPSIS (of Trilogy): The trilogy starts with the FC, Talulah (Lula) getting out of court adjudicated rehab and being shipped by her mother back to stay with her father, stepmother and two stepbrothers. Her father and mother divorced 5 years earlier due to her fatherโs infidelity and her mother was so annoyed that she took Lula away and has not allowed her contact with her father. Her knew stepfather is a powerful man and not very nice and her step brother tried to rape her but her mother refused to believe her. The story covers how Lula rebuilds her relationships with her father and stepbrothers as well as her life. This is set against a backdrop of murder and corruption.
Heat Level: ๐ถ๏ธ๐ถ๏ธ๐ถ๏ธ/๐๐๐ The sex scenes are how and include both 1on1 and group. They increase in number as the trilogy progress and take over a bit in Book 3.
The books need a good edit but otherwise are not too badly written. I found the trilogy started quite strongly (albeit not particularly originally) but then deteriorated as the books progressed and the story became more ridiculous and the sex scenes took over. There is a good amount of backstory on the characters which provides depth to the story and the relationships developed well with the FC being strong and likeable although I wasnโt into the drugs side of things. The author also seemed to gloss over how easy it was for the FC to take or leave the drugs and didnโt really deal with addiction. She made it seem like it is easy to just stop cold turkey when you do drugs. Unfortunately it was clear that the whole drug storyline was therefore more to give drama and depth to the FC rather than to deal with the realities of drugs.
The RH element of the story did not feel as organic as these storylines usually do and seemed more manufactured in terms of the FC falling in love with each MC and then just expecting them all to get into the idea of being in a relationship together. The group scenes also felt a little forced.
What ultimately killed this story for me was the whole murder mystery element then finding out who actually did it and the lack of caring or consequences. The author seemed to be saying that it was absolutely fine to kill bad people and if there is collateral damage then ๐โโ๏ธ so be it. No one needs to be punished or imprisoned and actually, itโs OK to commit further murder if you think the person is bad enough. That REALLY didnโt work for me at all.
Ovearall I found this story to be disappointing and although it started strong it developed into a page flipper.
Wow this story starts of with a bang, with a murder that needs to be solved and that God awful mother Tiffany back on the seen being as bitchy as ever. Not only that, there's Mason to deal with and an even bigger threat, Evan, who makes your skin crawl and is going to be a lot of trouble for Lula. Along with Jessica, who's just as awful as Tffany and is making life hard for Jules. Jenna is such the sweetest little girl you could ever want, and i loved how excited she got when she got to see her daddy but also felt sorry that she had a mother like Tiffany. I loved how there was so much drama, and I never knew what would happen next. I also especially loved how the guys, Jules, Stephan, and Crow, actually learned to get along for Lula and become stronger for it, and boy did things finality heat up which was was so hot between then. Then there's little Naps he's such a cute dog and doesn't like the f bomb so it was so funny when he was just sitting there being fed on the island Like royalty and sunning up the attention and also a great little protector for Lula. I especially loved it when he came to the rescue, and Evan got what he deserved. But there's also a sad moment when I wasn't sure if things would pull through with that ending that had me speechless. Melissa is always good at shocking us but also good at tying everything together in this story and making things come to an end. Which was so swoon worthy and so worth the wait, and im glad everything turned out in the end. I'm just sad it's finally over, but I loved that happy ending.
This was definitely my favourite of the three books in the series. I loved the mystery, the balance of POVs relating to the four main characters and seeing them work together. and the finale. There were so many cute moments in this, from the origin of Lula to Jules' relationship with Naps and I really enjoyed it.
The whodunnit of the book was a great twist and I was genuinely surprised as to how that all unfolded and the justice which was served at the end. My only gripe is about Jules. I have been a Jules girl since book one and I was a little disappointed at Crew and Stefan's reaction when he told them about Jas. All the characters knew how much he doted on Jenna and to have the "you don't care about anyone but yourself" line thrown at him time and time again when everything he was doing was for Jenna and Lula just made me so sad for him. I definitely felt he was due an apology from at least Stefan after their fight in the car. It's a small thing but I would have just loved to see them resolve their differences on page especially towards the end of the book. The six months later chapter was amazing though - it was such a great ending!
My interpretation of the star system; 3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again 4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series 5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read
Shameless is the final book in the Made for Them series, and it ended with a bang!! I absolutely love this series. From the beginning of book 1 to the end of this book, Melissa Adams took us on a wild ride.
Lula was amazing, she was dealt a rough hand at life, but she overcame it with everything it took. Jules, Stefan, and Crew, they all loved her fiercly, held her up in different ways, and protected her from the outside world. They all had the differences, they fought and argued like brothers do but at the end you could see the love they had for each other.
For the final book, we pick up from the cliffhanger from book 2. This leads to the biggest game of live action clue. Who done it? With everyone locked down in Star Cove, things become hectic and even crazier than the first 2 books combined and more than you can imagine! When the secrets are exposed at the end, the shock factor is through the roof there is no way to measure it!
This is a fast paced book, lots of secrets, clue style, RH with lots of steam. This is the perfect ending to this series. Hopefully, we get a little novella of their future in the future!
Shameless is the third and final book in the Made for Them series by Melissa Adams. This was absolutely the best conclusion to this series. I am so happy with how everything turned out for these characters but I am still sad to see their story end. I loved all of the unexpected twists in this book. I figured for the conclusion of this story there would be a couple of twists but I am shocked by everything that happened in this book.
I loved Lula which I didn't expect when we were first introduced to her character in book 1, but honestly she is such a great FMC. I also loved Jules, Stefan, and Crew. Believe me, they all have their moments and may drive you a bit crazy, but the protectiveness and love they have for Lula is great. The characters grew so much in this book that I would have loved to see more of an extended epilogue to see them all in the future.
If you enjoy stepbrother romances with steamy scenes and some unexpected twists then you need to read this book right away!
Honestly, what a great end to the trilogy after so many twists and turns were thrown at us.
Lula and her men have truly been through it, and I'm glad they got the happily ever after they all deserved. I won't lie, there were times I was concerned that the happily ever after could be attained, as Adams is so good with the plot twists, but they made it.
Of course, we can't not mention Napoleon. Seriously, I have never read a more characteristic dog than this one in this series.
A great conclusion with a more mystery/suspense element to the final book, which wraps up Lula, Crew, Stefan and Jules' story well, filled with banter, steam, secrets, emotions and love.
Thank you to the author for the eARC opportunity. These are my honest thoughts that I have provided voluntarily.
The ending just didnโt fit with the rest of the story. The murder(s) were committed by people that had no motive to kill and the people killed were no horrible people but rather antagonistic. Plus it wraps up all the problems in a nice little package thatโs wrapped up in another murder. These are supposed to be good people with good motives and yet you have them covering up three murders and committing a fourth to cover up the other three. The mob issue was wrapped up without complaint, they get all the money, but then at the end Jasmine just gives up not only Jenna but her new baby to Jules with no complaint even though Jules isnโt the father or either child. It just was a weird ending that didnโt fit with any other story and it changed the characters personalities too much.

Shameless is the stunning conclusion to this great series. Honestly, I can never go wrong with a Melissa Adams book. She writes the most delectable RH books. I know Iโm in for a ride when I click on her book on my kindle. Itโs always got hot AF guys,a fmc who can hold her and own a storyline that keeps me invested the whole way through. In this stunning book 3 we, stay with Lula and her men as she navigates this darkness that befalls her, as she struggles with her own family situation (like seriously her mom is a piece of work). Iโm so glad that Lula gets her HEA but also kind of sad to say goodbye to these characters. But Melissa Adams has created this wonderful Star Cove world and Iโm hoping there will be more from this California town.
We pick up right where the last book left off. We find everyone on the island with a very shocking scene and no clue who did any of it. What are they going to do? Who would do such a thing? How is Lula going to explain what happened to Mason? Is Crew going to be able to pay off his debt to Evan? Will Lula get with each of the guys? Will they be willing to share?
This was such a surprising end to this trilogy. There were so many twists and turns. The main characters all go through so much. Somehow they all make it work together. I liked how everything ended up working out. This was a good trilogy.
Ok I have mixed feelings about this book. I adored the relationship progress and resolution for Lula, Jules, Stefan and Crew. But, as much as I adore mafia romance and dark romance and morally grey characters, I don't really like how the whodunit turned out or the Evan storyline. How they could all just accept Maura is really abhorrent to me. And then the premeditation at the end. These are supposedly normal albeit filthy rich people and it just didn't sit right with me.
Book 3- Melissa picks up the story from that awful cliffhanger. Murder and everyone on the island is a suspect, initially. Alibis galore and when everyone gets together with the sheriff, they all know someone in that room is a murderer. Finally all are released to go home but Lula is confronted by the creepy Evan again. Where are her guys who say they'll protect her? Then Mason shows up. A will is read. Jules ex shows up. Will it never end? Well, Melissa does an amazing job with her plot twists, secrets, RH steam and fast paced action. I was so glad she ends with a great HEA.
Picking up exactly where book 2 left us, MA takes us on a rollercoaster ride of emotions! There is danger at every turn and the odds are never in their favor. The journey for Lula, Stefan, Crew and Jules is a twisted one, but as all good love stories, we do get a HEA. After my chock at finding out this "duet" was actually a trilogy (my bad - don't know how I missed that little piece of info LOL), I got a very satisfying conclusion. No doubt about that. Highly recommended series for lovers of New Adult suspence with all the love.
This is the third and final book in the Made for Them series and it must be read in order. Just when I thought this story couldnโt get any crazier it said โwait, hold my beer!โ. I refuse to give spoilers but the twists and turns will keep you guessing until the very very end. The spice is sprinkled throughout with one excellent super spicy scene that will leave you wishing for your own trio of men. I am just so shook by the ending this is one of those books I will be thinking about for a while.
A good ending to this series. Some things felt rushed and were very confusing at times. The relationships with the guys got so much better, and I loved seeing Jules and Crew getting along. So annoyed with Lulaโs mom and love her ending. Interesting murder mystery in this last book, aka the rushing part. Not crazy spice but the scenes are spicy, 4 chapters. Happy about the way it ended!

If I were to rate the series as a whole, I would say it is a 4/5. Though I can't help but admit I was a little surprised with the ending... There are very serious events that occur in this book and for a good chunk, we are trying to find out who was responsible for them. I was very shocked at who ended up being responsible and the series of events that then occurred after the truth was discovered by the main characters.
Most of the story I truly loved and enjoyed, I just don't know how I feel about the plot twist at the end ๐ฌ
Man that ending had me crying! But happy tears. This is the third and final book of the series, and this book was the perfect conclusion I find a lot of final books are either dragged out or rushed but this was neither. It follows on from the second book, and honestly so much happens in this book that it would be too long of a review to write it all! Every character got what they deserved in this book, but there are a few shocks within. I mean I never would have guessed the shooters, and normally I would have so bravo to Melissa for making it such a shocker! Honestly this was such a happy ending, which all of them so deserved!
Shameless is book 3 of The Made for Them Series by Melissa Adams.
This book pick up where book 2 left us on that cliffhanger. I was so excited to get my hands on this book.
This book certainly puts you on an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. So much drama and twist is written you don't want to put the book down. I am glad Lula and her guys get thier happily ever after at the end they deserve it. This series has been immense to read.
This was exactly what I was hoping for. I know that this author is great at writing stories and I love that so much so I kinda know what to expect but she always surprises me after reading her books for 6 years now. This is a series and reading in order is a must here. This starts after the cliffhanger from the last book and oh wow! Such a rollercoaster as to who did it? All people were suspects there. The ending is giving all the feels. Must read author with great storyline and lots of smut.
After that shocker of a cliffhanger I couldn't wait to dive into Shameless and find out who the murderer was.
Melissa Adams kept us guessing with who the culprit could be, and I loved the reveal.
This finale was so satisfying and I really liked that everything got wrapped up. The spice in this book really cranked up and I especially enjoyed the development of each guy with their individual relationships with each other.
