Concise and informative straightforward description of the period from invasion to withdraw of troops from Great Britain. Whilst there is some speculation, it is mostly a direct time account of practical occurrences, eg.dates and names. Reads like an excellent university thesis. The narration is good, clear and pleasant on the ear by Scottish accented Andrew McDermott. Recommended as an excellent framework to initial studies of the period.
