I enjoyed the storyline, the build up and the relationship between Cassie, Aaron and Alex. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because being written in 3rd person, threw me off.

I must say, this is a very fascinating book. Very captivating and good. The characters, the slow burn, it got me, and I loved every single bit. I love the writers way of making the characters feel alive, and how the writer made me feel special with the little notes she left behind addressed to us, in that moment it felt like she was referring to me and me some.
Also loved, loved Aaron and Alexs' note to me, I really did smile.
Cassie loved her, lorenzo, we needed to cut him some slack and omg, the twist, how we thought it'd go down as only romance but the stalking and false murder, damn, I love this book.
It's a good read.

I was given this book as an ARC and I am so grateful.
From the beginning of this book I was hooked. The way their relationship developed was great. It was slow burn, full of passion and spice.
I thought the main story line was just about them, but the author surprised me with a plot twist and then everything turned into a mystery.
This was a good quick read and I definitely recommend reading it! ☺️

I can see where this story was intended to go. The dark, taboo romance with a strong plot twist sounds fantastic. However, I'm not convinced it was done in the best way. There were some inconsistencies in the relationships that pulled me out of the narrative (are they Alexander's stepsons or adopted sons? They are called both at various points.), and even though the three main characters are meant to be post-college, real estate, and company owning adults, they act like high schoolers.
The book is written in the third person, which is absolutely a great choice, but it gave the author a chance to interject each character's thoughts mid-paragraph, which I feel took away from the plot.
I accept I am in the minority in my feelings, and I would never discourage anyone from at least giving a book a chance.

Aahh I adore these 3, Alex, Aaron and Cassie, their story is incredible.
Gorgeous, protective billionaire stepbrothers - OMG *fav trope*
I love me a Why Choose romance, add in the step brothers vibes and you get a beautiful story.
This slow burn, sexual tension, they totally fall first, well blow me over with a feather- you can best believe I will be climbing on that train in a rush.
Also - uh - exfreakingscuse me!!!! That plot twist I almost screamed I was not expecting that aahh!!!!

Loved it I couldn’t put it down I was hooked from the beginning. I love the characters, the slow burn, and the passion. The plot twist and mystery are great I wasn’t expecting it. This is a must-read I totally recommend it.
