NINJA VS. VAMPIRE! After serving on the frontlines in the war against Orchis, KWANNON is enjoying some much-deserved downtime with her new lover Greycrow. But when darkness falls across Japan, PSYLOCKE will wield her psionic blade against bloodsucking creatures of legend and faces a foe unlike any she's ever seen. An all-new villain emerges in the mayhem of BLOOD HUNT!
My favourite out of these one shots so far, although admittedly this was down to the colouring and art style. The story was good and like the others it wrapped up quickly.
I only bought this comic for the Peach Momoko variant cover. I was not about to sucker myself into buying into another Marvel crossover event which was another reason for them to release overpriced and oversized comic books.
This actual had a pretty good regular cover by Stephen Segovia, which I should seek out posthaste for I am a fan of the artist.
This book actually had a decent story and some great art by a promising newcomer.
Psylocke is one of my favorite X-Men. Although she has had some several changes through the years, returning Kwannon to her original body with the Jim Lee designed costume (the one barely more than leotard) is good move.
A good issue for fans of Psylocke but very loosely tied into Blood Hunt. The main villain for one looks more like a serpent demon than a vampire though her origin story is quite moving.
Another of these Blood Hunt one shots. More of a street level tale. This is in Japan and follows Psylocke’s pledge to protect people from the monsters in the dark.
