Beautiful
This was beautifully written. I truly enjoyed all aspects of this story. The characters had me captivated and wanting more at the end. I can't wait to read more by this author. Just read the damn book, y'all.

chaos to hea
Well, Candee had her fill of chaos. Luke was not to be messed with on any level. I read this one nonstop. It was very interesting to find out how this couple made life worth living. Even though Luke was born into money he was an all around down to earth guy who saw who he wanted and took the steps to get there. Great book. No violence needed to enjoy it either. Good job.

A nice change of pace
I’ve read several titles by this author. Mostly Kindle Vellas. I was glad to read this one as a more traditional novel.
Also glad to have a situation where though both characters had a past, it was the male who had much to learn, overcome and undo. I was beginning to worry.
I’ve already downloaded another. Keep writing, I’ll keep reading.

Soo good!!
I love the book. It took you on a Rollercoaster of emotions. Lukas, chefs kiss. The man knew who he wanted and applied pressure. Loved how he put put his mom in her place, she was doing too much. My gurl Candace, she is strong man dealing with all the drama but I'm glad she didnt let it run her away. Love the book!! Spice 🔥🔥🔥

Started from the bottom
I was introduced to this book via kindle Vella. I lost track of it and was happy to see it live on KU! Candee and Luke met during an emotional time after a breakup. The love blossomed into the most romantic courtship I’ve seen in a long time.

Malcolm was a fool but Lukas was wise and recognized what he had in Candace. His mom was a trip! Great read by a NTMA!
