You, dear reader, have collectively sinned against the god of a minor governmental bureaucrat and the bureaucrat is writing a book to tell you about the wrath of his god, unless you repent and give all your money to worthy causes, like paying his expenses, his kid's education and a generous pension plan for all bureaucrats like himself. And if you still don't repent, at least think of the poor oceans, being threatened, and how these days an ocean can't even go home and watch a nice football game on TV.
