This book reminded me of another book I read called Mastering Fear. It has the same call-to-action feel to it that this book has. I love this book because it has both an interactive and informative side to it, which keeps my focus on reading and makes the information more relevant in my brain. I think this book is helpful as it teaches you how to manage your focus and use more brainpower to switch between focus levels easily. It teaches you how to process making a decision and think when making that decision. This book was helpful because it made me more self-aware of my focus when doing different activities. I think this book is for older people, like late teenagers at the youngest. Any age younger and some people my age would find this book boring and hard to read. Overall, it was interesting to read, and I can apply it to my life as it is extremely relevant, especially with exams around the corner.

I didn't hate this book, there were some really relevant pieces of advice in this book, but there was nothing ground breaking about it. Also too much weight on "types" that are derived from the medieval four humors systems. Can't take that stuff even a little bit seriously bro.

It took too long time to complete this book. I dont know why. It might be not attractive me much or I couldn't feel easy to understand. I am not a logical person then I think it makes sense for not clearing to me.
______________

Excellent book; very clear and comprehensive. The content isn't really new to me, but I enjoyed the logical structure and the examples throughout the book. I think it will be very useful for most people.

Ok as an introduction to some ideas about thinking well and making decisions. But readers will want to move on to something deeper and more detailed.

Concise and short. However, advice given is quite general. Nothing different from what has been offered in many other self help books in the market.
