This one might be my favorite of this series. The chemistry between the 2 mains is evident. Their common love for music is a beautiful foundation.
His back story and trauma are sad, and him finding healing is lovely.
This story might be short, but it was still well worth the read.

Evie is working at the local coffee shop when Thor walks in he is there for his regular coffee and donut. Evie has only heard about him as she normally doesn't work when he comes in. She feels she knows him from somewhere when he talks but can't place it.
Later he hears a voice that pulls him towards it. Its Evie and he can't believe her voice. He knows he can help her get her voice out there. He was in the same way as her. He tried everything to get noticed with his music but it wasn't until he posted some videos on media platforms and only showed his eyes and hands and let people hear his voice, is when his videos took off.
Later friends of his tell him she sings at open mike night at the local bar. He goes and loves her voice.
He speaks to her after she sings and wants to tell her something but needs to do it in the privacy of his home. Asking her back to his place is a risk but she is worth it.
Once she gets to his house, he sits her down and starts from the beginning on how his music career started and why he so to says hide behind a mask.
She was shocked to her the guy she has always liked his music and watched his videos was telling her how it all started for him and how he can help her career. As he was explainging how being behind the mask helped him he explained how to will help her. They tried it and she really liked it but what made it better was she was with Thor the man she has loved.
Their connection with music made it easy for Thor to love her and well she already loved him. Her love only grew stronger. The two of them started singing together. She never thought she would be married to and singing with Thor Morgan. Now they are expanding their family.

Mountain Thunder is Book 3 of the Morgan Boys Honey Valley series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, secret identity, curvy virgin gets her rockstar romance. Evie is 21 year old, sweet and curvy virgin who works at a café and loves to sing. Thor is a 36 year old hunky, ex-military, reclusive, secret, rockstar with a tortured past. The world only knows him as Mountain Thunder as he has never revealed his name or entire face in his videos. When he meets Evie at the café, the two are drawn to each other. But he doesn't think he can open his heart to love again. When he hears her singing a few days later, he knows she is special. Can he reveal himself to her and help her with her music? Will he let love in? This couple was so sweet together and had amazing chemistry. I also loved the HEA!!.

Another unbelievable story!

Thor Morgan has been fighting his demons for awhile hiding away from the world. A chance meeting one morning with Evie Forge changes everything.

Evie was working this shift as a favor. She didn’t know this favor would change the direction her life would take and she would never look back.

Thor and Evie are both working through their past and feelings about who they are and what they want to be. They feel this connection but neither are sure they should pursue it. Can they find away to their HEA and all the dreams they didn’t realize that they were hoping for.

I loved Thor and Evie. They are my favorite couple so far. Each of them were so real and honest that it really resonated with me. I can’t wait for the next book they just keep getting better and better.

What I liked- this is the best of Instalove. The MCs have strong chemistry both during and outside of zexytime and they have a lot in common. They are also very open and honest with each other. I could see their love lasting. And the book is fun and fast moving. I like that they are able to make music together.

Evie had a beautiful singing voice, but she wasn't getting anyone in promoting her career until Thor aka Mountain Thunder heard her singing for her friends outside the rental cabin near his cabin. He had met her at the local coffee shop earlier the previous week. He rarely left his cabin after returning from his last military deployment, just 2 weeks before he returned he was notified that his wife had been killed. What happened and why changed his world. Thor and Evie. She goes to open mic nights to try and get noticed. Hes an internet sensation with his singing and sexy videos known as mountain thunder. And shes obsessed. While her first time opening the coffee shop on a Wednesday morning in walks Thor. Even though this is the first time meeting him, shes heard that voice somewhere before. They flirt or she does and he responds. However he does think about her. He hears her singing and thinks he can help. Well you will have to pick up this great read and see where they go from here. Its really good. A feel good story short and sexy.

Another beautifully written book by Ren. The books from Honey Valley are just as good as the ones from Scarlet Ridge.

Thor has been hiding from the world for the past ten years, even though he's famous. He's known as Mountain Thunder, but only one person knows Thor and Mountain Thunder are one and the same.
Evie loves to sing and has been waiting for her chance to be discovered. Even though she loves singing, she's about to give up, until a mountain man happens to overhear her.

Thor and Evie's story is a cute and steamy story that was a fun escape.

Thor only comes down from the mountain once a week and gets his usual order from the coffee shop. What the town does not know is his secret. Evie works at the coffee shop and loves to sing but has not step out.

When Thor takes Evie under his wing, they light up the together.

Mountain Thunder is a sweet and hot novella. Evie is just so likable and kind, innocent and shy: Thor is a wounded ex-soldier who has chosen isolation as his form of dealing with past traumas. Their meeting scene is hilarious, and I love how the story progresses. This is a fun short read!.

This was a surprise to me. I didn't see this rugged mountain man as a internet singing sensation. She has a beautiful voice but it's missing something. Can he bring out the spark , can she bring him out of hiding ? So very, very good. Some steamy parts and a HEA.

Mountain Thunder:The Morgan Boys is book 4 in the Honey Valley Series by Ren Booth.

Thor Morgan has a secret identity and a lot of issues. He has also sworn off women, but when he meets Evie, the gorgeous barista, he is tempted to break that promise. Later, after hearing her sing, he knows he can no longer keep his distance. He decides he can help her break into the music business and possibly take a chance at finding love again, but first, he must confront his own demons and reveal his biggest secret.

This is a sweet, well written novella. The story was original, the characters were well matched, and there were just enough spicy scenes.
