Mountain Thunder has taken the music world by storm, but no one knows that there’s just one reclusive mountain man behind the band’s wild rise to fame. And that man is me, Thor Morgan.
I’ve got scars deep down that I’d never willingly share with anyone. Except the millions of people who listen to my music. It’s easy to do when no one knows your name. I release my songs one by one, watching as the world tries to figure me out. I’ve convinced myself that I’m content living on this mountain alone. But then on my weekly trip into town, I meet Evie Forge. She’s the kind of girl I’d take for my bride if I ever decided to get married again. But that pain is still too real, too raw. I’m too damaged, and she’s too young. But then I hear the voice of an angel, guiding me through the woods like a siren song. I’m stunned when I see that it belongs to the curvy goddess I’ve been obsessed with. It only makes me want to claim Evie that much more. And now I’m wondering if it’s time to let go of the past and share my secret with the woman who makes me want more than a quiet life of solitude. Or will it backfire and send my world crashing down around me?
Honey Morgan Boys is a series of standalone sweet and steamy instalove novellas featuring hot mountain men and the curvy women they love. A little OTT, no cheating and a HEA is always guaranteed!
Ren Booth writes steamy, instalove stories featuring over the top heroes who are a little rough around the edges and the curvy ladies who make them melt. She doesn't write cliffhangers or cheaters and a happily-ever-after is always guaranteed. Ren lives deep in the Appalachian Mountains with her hubby, a couple of kids, and her fur babies. When she's not reading or writing, you can usually find her making memories with her loved ones.
This one might be my favorite of this series. The chemistry between the 2 mains is evident. Their common love for music is a beautiful foundation. His back story and trauma are sad, and him finding healing is lovely. This story might be short, but it was still well worth the read.

Thor Morgan has been fighting his demons for awhile hiding away from the world. A chance meeting one morning with Evie Forge changes everything.
Evie was working this shift as a favor. She didn’t know this favor would change the direction her life would take and she would never look back.
Thor and Evie are both working through their past and feelings about who they are and what they want to be. They feel this connection but neither are sure they should pursue it. Can they find away to their HEA and all the dreams they didn’t realize that they were hoping for.
I loved Thor and Evie. They are my favorite couple so far. Each of them were so real and honest that it really resonated with me. I can’t wait for the next book they just keep getting better and better.

Cat’s Stats MMC/FMC- Thor and Evie Genre- Contemporary Romance Sub Genre- Mountain Man Romance Sub Genre- Rockstar Romance Length- about 70 pages Heat- 🌋🌋🌋🌋🌋 With use of the P word Series? Y Safety? Y Triggers- explicit erotic content Tropes- Age Gap, Fame Game, Former Military, Instalove, Love After Loss, Secret Identity, Virgin Heroine Mewsings What I liked- this is the best of Instalove. The MCs have strong chemistry both during and outside of zexytime and they have a lot in common. They are also very open and honest with each other. I could see their love lasting. And the book is fun and fast moving. I like that they are able to make music together.

He rarely left his cabin after returning from his last military deployment, just 2 weeks before he returned he was notified that his wife had been killed. What happened and why changed his world. He wanted to help Evie to promote her career the same way he promoted his own career. What is his career?.

Evie fell in love with a mysterious singer without ever seeing his face. When she finally gets to meet him he is more than she had imagined, but how could a man like that feel anything for a young, inexperienced woman like herself?
Thor has isolated himself on his mountain after his life impacted. Only sharing his voice with the world. When he hears the voice of an angel and then realises it belongs to the sexy barista he is smitten.
A sweet, wonderful romance where the love of a beautiful young woman heals a damaged soul.

Another beautifully written book by Ren. The books from Honey Valley are just as good as the ones from Scarlet Ridge.
Thor has been hiding from the world for the past ten years, even though he's famous. He's known as Mountain Thunder, but only one person knows Thor and Mountain Thunder are one and the same. Evie loves to sing and has been waiting for her chance to be discovered. Even though she loves singing, she's about to give up, until a mountain man happens to overhear her.

Mountain Thunder is a sweet and hot novella. Evie is just so likable and kind, innocent and shy: Thor is a wounded ex-soldier who has chosen isolation as his form of dealing with past traumas. Their meeting scene is hilarious, and I love how the story progresses. This is a fun short read!.

He has his wounds, and she has her insecurities but together they conquer the world. A steamy instalove short story that is worth reading. This curvy barrista has shuttered all the walls he raised against the world. And Thor is the only one to see her for who she is.

This was a surprise to me. I didn't see this rugged mountain man as a internet singing sensation. She has a beautiful voice but it's missing something. Can he bring out the spark , can she bring him out of hiding ? So very, very good. Some steamy parts and a HEA.

Mountain Thunder:The Morgan Boys is book 4 in the Honey Valley Series by Ren Booth.
Thor Morgan has a secret identity and a lot of issues. He has also sworn off women, but when he meets Evie, the gorgeous barista, he is tempted to break that promise. Later, after hearing her sing, he knows he can no longer keep his distance. He decides he can help her break into the music business and possibly take a chance at finding love again, but first, he must confront his own demons and reveal his biggest secret.
This is a sweet, well written novella. The story was original, the characters were well matched, and there were just enough spicy scenes.
ARC was provided by Booksprout, and this is my honest review.
The author has given us a fast-paced story that pulls us into the lives of Thor and Evie. The story keeps us turning the pages with instant connection, insecurities, secrets and steam.

The music is therapeutic for him, while she’s trying to break into the industry. Enjoyed how easy this relationship came about, a sweet steamy read that will have you wanting to hear the lyrics he writes.
