Are you ready for the next explosive instalment of the Chicago Ruthless series. The Moretti's might think they have it all, but there's one more Moretti out there who wants to take it from them...

She was born in captivity and raised in hell. While her siblings lived in a golden palace and slept on feather pillows, Keres Sideris fought to survive horror and fear and pain. Until a faceless man freed her from the life she was born for.

Warriors don’t escape fear, they conquer it … those words were the only thing her rescuer left her with when she was just a little girl, and those words fortified her heart against the world.

But she isn’t a little girl anymore. Keres is all grown up and ready to seek vengeance against those who hurt her. Eager to make them pay for every single thing they took from her, and nothing and nobody will stand in her way.

Except Keres has no idea of the lion’s den she’s about to walk into. Challenging the Morettis means taking on far more than she bargained for, including getting on the wrong side of the two take-no-prisoners bodyguards assigned to keep an eye on her.

Keres is an MMF romance full of tension, revenge and a whole load of spice.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! So GOOD

Sadie Kincaid is one of those authors that when you delve into her worlds, it becomes everything. Keres is Book #4 of the Chicago Ruthless Series and i would say it has now been ranked up to top spot of my favourite book of hers - I am utterly obsessed with everything about it. It is an absolute privilege to write a honest review in return for a copy of this book because this is such an incredible read.

The book had me obsessed from the get go, Keres has had the most traumatic start to the world and she is willing to do absolutely anything for vengeance. She is methodical, skilled and intent on revenge on the people that hurt her, she is driven and an absolute weapon of a woman - I think this is what Ioved most about this book is the main female character was so unpredictable! It was so damn refreshing to read about a main female character, who was truly capable of everything she has set out to do. Keres is not to be messed with and has years worth of plans & rage in motion to exact revenge on the people who took everything from her.

The men she comes across have easily become two of my favourite male main characters, they have totally different styles of personalities, easily told apart but their roles throughout the book was perfection. I loved their already established relationship, the way these two made me swoooooon with their connection and chemistry. I mean let’s be real, I am an absolute mess for spice within a book and this DELIVERED full effing stop. I truly feel like Sadie was made to write MM? She just executes it so damn well it’s hard to believe she only wrote MF.. I hope and pray she continues this journey of including MM or some day writes a MM piece because it really, really suits her. I must state it is rare for me to read anything with a female in it nowadays as I am quite a firmly established MM reader, she is truly ✨giving✨ and I am here for it!

Everything you want from a read, plot! YES, thrill and suspense? YES YES, spicy, tension and men who say and do the most filthiest things? YES YES AND YES! You’ve got it right here.

This was an easy 5 star read and if I could go higher I absolutely would - I know this is a book I will return to multiple times and think of all the time, it was the perfect end to an era 🖤

This is the type of book that will either get you out of the reading slump or put you in one

This book helped pull me out of a reading slump. I like how evened out it felt the suspense in the beginning to middle of the book and the calm happy ending was a really nice balance for me

And this is not a quote I’ll be forgetting for a while “warriors don’t escape fear, they conquer it.”

Wow! So good! I had high expectations for this book and I was not disappointed!! I can’t say too much because I don’t want to give anything away, but if you’re a fan of Dante, Joey and Lorenzo then you’re going to love Keres! This story was so heartbreaking, but also a wild ride! It had me obsessed right from the beginning.

↬ I wanted to like this book but first impression are a big thing for me and keres did not make a good first impression and ace and romeo where also annoying me so much. In any other book I would love a man who is whipped after a couple days but SHE DID NOTHING THAT SHOULD ATTRACT THEM SO MUCH. I just hated it so much, I probably also just didn't enjoy any of the characters

Part 1:
Hi guys, I'm currently sitting at my desk typing this, and it's really making me feel like those people in the movies lol. Anyway I'm not even done with this book but I feel like I need to give my opinion anyway. I will take part of the responsibility for this, I am somewhat to blame because I didn't read the synopsis, but ive done that before and ive never had to endure such a horrendous book, okay maybe it happened once, but still. Like seriously? What the fuck is going on? Why is Keres a girl? (I really thought it was a guy) and why is this a throuple situation? That seriously does not need to be in this book. Sadie Kincaid is one KINKY girl let me tell you. Also, this book really didn't need to be written, I'm sorry, I said what I said. This series should've ended with Lorenzo. - Please wait for my full review once I'm done with it, I just felt the need to YAAAAPPPP.

Part 2:

So guys, I'm back at my desk and I'm here full of opinions that need to be let out. I stand by what I said, this book did not need to be written, it was really bad. It didn't add anything to the series. Look guys I'll be honest, I have nothing against reverse harem, everyone has their kinks. But honestly this book was heinous. Not only was the plot SOOOO mid, like literally so predictable, it was just smut. Like the last 20% were pure smut. The plot was "resolved" at this point but also again guys this book had little to no plot. The FMC was so fucking annoying I could not find it in me to feel bad about her past, like seriously no matter what she said. Also both MMCs were kinda weird like, you know? Like Ace is kinda hot with his domineering vibes, but Romeo? What a push over? like sometimes they would say thing about him, and I would be like, wait a sec??? this doesn't go with his personality at all. I don't know what Sadie was thinking writing this shitty book. I'm utterly disappointed, considering I really loved the first three books.
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

This was for sure my favorite of the series! I love a woman out for revenge and loved how Keres seduced two bodyguards to get close to the mafia family and get her revenge. Obviously they all catch feelings, but that doesn't initially stop Keres from her plan of kidnapping on of the women of the Moretti family to get the answers she wants. I loved that this was MMF and that the guys were also in love with each other, I just wish they had a bit more defining characteristics that set them apart because it was hard for me to differentiate between them at times. The spice was hot and I had a lot of fun with this one!

Welp….i just wasted a credit and valuable moments of my life I won’t get back. Sadie, bitch why?? The Chicago series had two amazing books in it and Lorenzo’s but you couldn’t leave well enough alone huh. Before anyone that reads this goes further, there won’t be many spoilers because I couldn’t be bothered to finish it.

LEGGO!

1. If she was going to ruin a good thing with another book, why didn’t you give Toni (the MMA fighter sister that has made appearances in book 1 & 2) a shot?! Too easy huh? 🤔 Or even a time jump with the half brother now all grown up going toe to toe with Dante’s daughter for the kingdom would have been better than this mess. And you better not try AFTER this to do just that-fool me once. I’m not buying another damn sequel from this series.

2. A horrible threesome as an intro…everybody ain’t able to stomach one some badly done in the first couple of chapters. What happened to the formula?! I shouldn’t hear about dick of any kind until Chapter 6. 5 at the earliest! Done badly too? Who are you? My ex husband!

3. Sooooo…we are going to act like it’s a surprise to anyone that someone was kidnapped. Oooorrrr who got kidnapped? Say what you want about Dante and Max, but their love keeps their wives safe at home (I know Joey was kidnapped in her story BUT so was Max and they weren’t together yet). Mia has been trying to run away legally from the moment she missed her first O with Lorenzo iykyk.

4. Speaking of Lorenzo, how many times do we have to hear about how pissed he is at his father’s side babies. You knew your father wasnt above it when he r*ped Dante’s first fiance AND framed Max for murder in TWO DIFFERENT STORY LINES sir, stop being shocked and bewildered. I bet Toni is looking REAL family like right about now huh?

5. While I didn’t finish this story, am I the only one that wished that Lorenzo would die in it? Yes? O ok. Sorry not sorry. Sadie want us to forget so bad that he was a steaming pile of woman hating trash in his story and has never deserved Mia. Now if they really wanted to impress me they would have had Keres and Mia fall in love and run away together after attempting to off his ass. I fucking hate him.

6. I never read the Ryan series that Sadie did with the 3 or 4 brothers sharing the one woman. Talk about working for free and doing all of it yourself. There is ZERO way she is coming naturally each time with each man, please. AND BROTHERS. My point is that this is a MMF story and the guys really do seem better suited and she’s the hag. The nickname took me out for sure and I was like this relationship is right up there with the last Moretti’s fuckery and foolishness.

7. Last thing, but it’s the most obvious. Bitch, the man you are mad at is dead. Your father is dead. He’s the real villain, the real monster, the person that deserved to be tortured before shown the doorway to hell. Why go after his other fucking children!? What sense does that make?! You still aren’t getting the revenge you want! He isn’t even here to give a damn about it if he had a heart capable of it! What a complete waste of time and energy. If it had been Toni she could have taken Lorenzo ass on and got a few good licks in even if she didn’t win, I’d buy the book just for that scene.

Now, I’m going to push this and Lorenzo back into the recesses of my mind and forget they exist. Sadie Kincaid, pull it together girl. I think she started a new series that I will check the reviews before I make the mistake of trying.

Sadie Kincaid has now became one of my top 10 autoread authors.

Keres is book 4 in the Chicago Ruthless series and let me tell you, it easily became my favorite in this series.

“It’s good to know she’s here surrounded by peace when her life was so full of chaos and pain.”

Keres has had a tragic start to her life and nowadays she only ever thinks about exacting her revenge on everyone that had a hand on her trauma. She is methodical and smart. She knows who to target to get what she wants and she isn't afraid to use her assets to get it.

I love how Sadie construed Keres character. I was able to empathize with her feelings and while her methods were morally frowned upon, I kept rooting for her success. She was fierce and had so much rage in her and I was here for it. I love a well executed female rage and Sadie delivered it.

Enters the two Male main leads. They are two swoon worthy male. Both have their own personality outside of one another.

When coincidentally their path crosses with Keres, both male leads soon become obsessed with her. But Keres has an ulterior motive and they quickly learn it.

I loved how this triad worked. The men had such a way with words and slowly but swiftly they were able to chip away the thick walls Keres erected around her heart.

“You can stop fighting, sweetheart, because we’ve got you.”

This book was packed with an emotional punch. I felt the rage, the sadness, the longing Keres felt. I wanted her to find her place in the world, to have the family she deserved.

The ending was, not wanting to sound cliche, but is was so wholesome and heartfelt.

I cannot wait for Nathan's story. He is such an aloof and mysterious character.

Thank you Sadie and Katie Evans for the opportunity to read and review this early copy in exchange for an honest review.

*audiobook

I'm 80% in, not finished yet, but I'm so annoyed and already know this is a 1 star.

Reasons:

Phoenix deserved better!

She didn't deserve to die like that!

So fuck Lorenzo, fuck ace and romeo, fuck Keres too!

Keres, especially because she is WEAK! AND she cared more about Mia and Mia's unborn fetus than Phoenix, her so-called sister!

Disgusting!

Phoenix deserved better.

I hate Keres cause she's weak as fuck.

She lifts her eyes from the prize way too many times, because of "emotions" or "guilt" or "love" or whatever the fuck...

She should have been more ruthless!

She had every right to be. . .

And fuck her for letting Phoenix die like that.

Always with Sadie's books I want them to go on forever. Keres was a fantastic end to the series The Chicago Ruthless series!

The character development throughout Keres was good and I might have fallen in love with the MMCs.

Check trigger warnings before entering as the book does cover some very dark issues which are upsetting.

I’m usually someone to give very detailed reviews but as this book was an arc read and it won’t be published publicly to everyone for a few more weeks I don’t want to spoil it for anyone!

the spice was very well presented! (all through I wish there was some more mm scenes) I absolutely loved the bad@ss vibes with the fmc and her two men! so many nicknames that they all have for each other that I adore! 🥺

loved every moment of this book and I wish I could re-read it for the first time again! I loved how some characters made some reappearances and how they were all tied together! I loved every minute of these books since I’ve read dante! I loved how wholesome the epilogue was as well! and sadly I wish toni would be getting a book. but can’t wait for the manhattan series coming soon!

thank you once again for allowing me the opportunity to read this as an arc! 🫶🏻

This is a fantastic read! Keres is a badazz, tormented woman determined to rid the earth of the scum that took her innocence and abused her. She’s also determined to ruin the Morettis who happen to be her half siblings thinking they were involved in trafficking women and children. She finds two men in a bar that will unknowingly help her with her plan. I loved the dynamic between the three and watching how the men helped break down the walls she has erected to be keep her on track to achieve her goals. It is emotional so you may need tissues. You will not want to put this book down when you start reading it so plan on reading all day and most likely miss out on some sleep. It is super super hot and you may need a fan and towel. I’ve missed reading about the Morettis and enjoyed reading about them. Lorenzo and Mia play a big part and Lorenzo is homicidal as usual.

Keres by Sadie Kincaid
4,5/5⭐
4/5🌶️

“Warriors don't escape fear. They conquer it.”

This is the final book in the series, and honestly, it’s my favorite! I was hooked from the first page and couldn't put it down. I ended up finishing it in just a day. It was such a wild ride! I went through so many feelings—smiling, swooning, blushing, crying, and most of all I felt for my girl, Keres. Keres has been through some terrible stuff that no one should ever face. For years, she's been on a mission to track down everyone who hurt her and get back at the Morettis, who she thinks played a part in it too. One day, she seduces Ace and Romeo, Joey's bodyguards, to get closer to her revenge plan. But things get complicated when those guys start to mean more to her than just tools for her plan.

Keres is super smart and such a strong character. But, she’s got a lot of anger bottled up inside. She shuts herself off and doesn’t trust anyone, which makes me feel for her while reading. Her quest for revenge is sometimes questionable, but I can't help but root for her. I wanted her to get her revenge and find some peace. When it finally happens, it feels both satisfying and heartbreaking at the same time.

Ace and Romeo are Joey's bodyguards, and they've popped up briefly in the earlier books. I liked how they already had a solid connection. It was fun to see their different vibes—Romeo is all sunshine, while Ace is more on the grumpy side. Right from the beginning, there's a strong chemistry between them and Keres, but they feel betrayed when they find out she’s just using them for revenge. As they start to get to know her better, though, they can’t help but feel protective of her. Watching them break down the walls she built around her heart was a great journey.

The ending is heartwarming, and I’m so glad this series wraps up on a high note! This book really delivers! Keres, Ace, and Romeo are such a great match, and I love how they balance each other out. Highly recommend this book!

“No amount of armed guards or iron gates will keep them safe from me. Moretti blood runs through my veins too, and I won’t stop until every last one of them is erased from existence.”

4*!

*I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.*

Keres came into the world and was traumatized from the start. She wants to get revenge on those who hurt her, and she won’t stop until it’s done. She’s rage driven, smart, and can get shit done.

And then come in the two MMCs……they are the PERFECT example of opposites, and they create the perfect balance. I love their love, I love how they are, and I love that they broke down her walls.

And let me just say that the epilogue was one of my favourite parts. I was so happy to see it.

Definitely add this to your tbr, asap 🩷

✨ARC Review✨

I would have finished this book a lot faster but I had zero reading time this weekend due to travel..

Let me start by saying oh my god, Sadie absolutely smashed it with this book. Honestly this author never misses😅 Keres is one of my all time favourite FMCs of this series👀. There’s nothing more powerful than a woman looking for her revenge👏🏼

Kere’s has a traumatic past but she’s out for revenge and this woman will stop at NOTHING to get what she wants🖤

If you have read the book previous to Keres you will know we were teased that it was not the end of the story and my interest was snagged, and let me tell you this book did not disappoint😮‍💨

This book is action packed that kept me on the edge of my seat, and it really packs the heat 🌶️ Keres is a lucky woman because her two men.. I’ll let you connect those dots👏🏼 But if you cannot connect those Sadie absolutely delivered on the spice because not only was the chemistry there between Keres and her two beau’s but her men also had insane chemistry between each other🤪 I do hope we will see more MM in Sadie’s future books 📚

I am keeping this review spoiler free but you need to start reading this book the second it is released as Kere’s story is definitely not one to miss.

Thank you so much to the author for providing this e-arc for my honest thoughts 💭

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I don’t even know what to say about this book. It was not what I was expecting and yet everything I needed. Sadie manages to surprise me everytime when it really shouldn’t come as a shock anymore. This book had me holding my breath, giggling, laughing and then crying. Only to go through it all again.

Keres is a badass, fierce woman who knows what she wants and she doesn’t care what she has to do to do it. But has she gone too far this time? Can she come back from what she’s done on her journey for revenge. Will she survive the aftermath or will her consequences end her suffering once and for all. And all the people she’s pulled into her web during it all, will they survive the aftermath? Or be condemned to the same fate as hers to those she betrays in her need for vengeance? Will anyone survive in the end…

Now the spice in this book😳😳. Some of the things these men say in this book had me physically gasping out loud and having to put my book down. I don’t want to spoil anything but chapter 6 was eye opening for how the rest of the book will go is all I’ll say😉. Now with the explicit sexual content, there is also a lot of darker themes through this book so please check trigger and content warning before hand. This is rated for 18 and over because of it and some of the scenes detailing keres life can be hard to read so just be advices of that. But Enjoy it, I know I did☺️.

4.5 stars ⭐️ Keres has some very dark and serious storylines. The 3 main characters were distinct with their own voices and I could tell whose head we were in. Keres wants revenge against the Morettis after what she endured through childhood. Ace and Romeo were together, but they needed Keres to complete them. I loved the role that Lorenzo played in the story.

I can honestly say that I had a tonne of excitement and a tonne of apprehension about Keres. Sadie Kincaid gave the perfect characters in the Chicago Ruthless series and the Moretti family all had their happy endings, and I was super concerned what would happen to some of my favourite characters. I do not want to give any spoilers, but HOLY MOLY!!!! This book has everything. For the first half of this book I barely breathed!!! I could not stop reading, I knew I had to though, being a responsible adult sometimes sucks. I can say that at first I was truly upset at Keres, and although she did have a horrible past, she was so obsessed with revenge on the Morettis, that there was nothing or no one that could convince her otherwise. The two men (no names) she manipulated, were truly good men, and at that moment, I really did not like Keres, not that Sadie Kincaid did not write a powerful, bad-a** woman, but Keres’ actions were just so hateful. Then when Keres did the unthinkable, and hurt one of my most favourite characters (again, no names) from the Chicago Ruthless series, a character that had been so hurt in the past, I almost lost my mind! And although I hated Keres for what she had done, I could not stop reading. But when Keres sacrificed so much for this one very special character, I knew I could not hate her any longer, although the men she manipulated really still did hate her. I literally squealed at the mention of other characters from other books, like a certain super hacker, and when a very hot, rich lawyer made an appearance, the book went from spectacular to absolute perfection! This book has everything, angst, pain, triggers, super spice, crossing swords, dominance, submission. I am rushing back to re-read, Keres has easily become one of my most favourite characters and in the top 10 of my books, and her two men……Top ten book boyfriends. Pre-order your copy now!!! Do not miss this book!!

This story was so beautiful. The character development in this was beautiful. The moment Keres found out who the man was that saved her had me in tears. What she was going to do for Ace and Romeo was heart warming. I hate the decision Loz made regarding Ace and Romeo but I’m glad it all worked out and their new job has them right where they are supposed to be.

4.5 Stars, read the full series

I loved the entire series and this book is just as good as the first 3 but with and OMG twist. Keres was introduced at the very end of Lorenzo's story and he is a big part of the plot in this book even though it is focused on Keres, Ace and Romeo (two of the Moretti's men).
Of course there is a HEA in the end but there is also plenty of action, blood, guts and gore mixed in with a tragic back story with depth.

This is book #4 in the series and it did not disappoint 👏 The book starts off with a bang and some delicious spice! The men in this book are perfect for Keres. They help her through her trauma, and the trust they build together is beautiful. Spice is amazing and throughout the book. There is mm and mmf. The book will keep you in the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens next. I cannot wait for the next one!

Left alone & abu$ed as a child she develops a vendetta and deep hatred for the family she feels is responsible for what she experienced…. Her and her men go out hunting !!! The rollercoaster of emotions you will experience is another Sadie Kincaid trait !!! It’s always good to spend time w the Moretti’s …
