Hating A Witch by Brigid Hunt
This is the second book in the Bewitching Billionaires series. I love that the Billionaires are young women! You can read it as a standalone, but if you read book 1, Fake Dating A Witch, you will be in a better place to understand the story. I would call this series reality adjacent. It's set during the present, and magic and witches are part of the everyday.

Enemies to Lovers is a tough trope to get right. Are they really enemies? Or do they just mildly dislike each other? Why do they dislike each other? How can they overcome that? How do they forgive? Brigid Hunt does something super interesting with Hating A Witch. Morgan and Zach have really intense physical chemistry from the beginning and they are both fighting it. As the characters grow and change throughout the story they inevitably hurt each other. They try to get past the enemy part and they stumble. This feels more realistic than some other stories. I really enjoyed how it plays out.

Morgan is bisexual and Zach is pansexual and I ADORE that representation. Their chemistry is so hot and the steam is so good!

I loved the witchiness of the whole story and I can't wait to continue reading this series.

Warning ⚠️ This book ends on a Cliffhanger! Which can be fun sometimes. I didn't hate it.

I received an advance review copy for free from the author, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Hating A Witch is a classic enemies to lovers story with a witchy twist. Brigid Hunt does an amazing job at introducing and developing characters that make you fall in love with their story and have you rooting for them. Morrigan "Morgan" is a relatable woman who has her share of struggles and crosses paths with Zach, her soon to be stepbrother who refuses to cope with his childhood trauma. In addition to their love journey, Hunt tosses in plot twists that left me curious and wanting more! I'm excited to read the remaining stories attached to the Bewitching Billionaries series.

Believe in magic
The Goode witches are back and this time it gets angsty. Continuing directly from the end of book 1 we now focus on Morgan and Zach, who have sparks right from the start.
With an engagement party and a wedding imminent there’s lots of tension, fun, snarky banter, longing, denial, steam, some twists, secrets, mystery, a roller coaster of emotion and a bit of a cliffhanger ending.
I enjoyed every minute and now look forward to reading Bronwen’s story.

Super cute enemies to lovers romance with a good amount of spice. You definitely need to read Fake Dating a Witch before reading this because it provides a lot of subtext and world building. I can wait to read Bronwen’s story

I liked the book, the two main characters both could use some therapy. Do I want them as close friends not really but I do like their stories. I have so many question that were not answered. It seems the we have to wait for the next book which is a bummer

This is my favorite in the series so far and I wouldn't be surprised if it stays that way!

Zach and Morgan's chemistry sizzled through the book (nope, that's not the battery on your ereader running warm!). There are nosey sisters, nosier spirits, and a snarky Owl named Bowie. What's not to love?

I love how Hunt mixes the romance, the will they/won't they, and the spice with Morgan's ongoing search for herself and the truth about what happened to her father. There's not a dull moment in the story and the plot keeps you engaged the whole time.

I'm excited to see that there's a plan in work for all of the cousins as well, so we won't have to leave Owl Cove and its magic any time soon
