💥💥 Ride along with Jack & Fiona as they take on their next case together 💥💥
Jack Nolan and Fiona Quinn go on as only partners into another missing person's case. Marcella West reports her friend Lucia Newman missing and Jack and Fiona are assigned to find her. The initial clues indicate the case can be solved with a few phone calls.
Where is Lucia? Her husband said she ran back to Vegas where he found her. Her neighbor and fellow Jazzercizer, Marcella, suspects its more sinister than that. But once Jack and Fiona hear Marcela's full story, they wonder if jealousy is behind the missing person's report.
As bits of information come out, the plot thickens. The alleged victim's husband is also the owner of the drug rehab that Jack's wife Megan just completed, leaving Jack with some deeper feelings towards the doctor which Fiona has to keep ahead of.
Fiona has dated Thomas Doyal three times and she thinks he's a great guy. Unfortunately, her heart is still stuck on Jack -- who's still married with a child. Will she be able to let go of Jack and move forward? Or will life have a different plan for all of them?

I have read many of R. Shannon's Jack Nolan detective mysteries and this is another good one. An author can begin and end a story but a good author can make the middle of the story as good as the beginning and the end and keep the attention of the reader. Shannon keeps my attention with a well told story that is well written. Keep up the good work! I am eager for my next Jack and Fiona story.
Just finished this book. It's so nice to have good, clean mysteries to read. I like how the characters have evolved and their interactions. So happy with the way this story went. Definitely recommend this series.
